They say the bus leaves at 6am. Add a few hours and you will not be disappointed. Excuses of broken buses. Setting the departure time for 9am would make this a much more reliable option..

Dear Company! Yesterday morning we showed up at the bus with a ticket purchased online from you. The driver DID NOT PICK US UP. He said our ticket was not valid. Another employee said there was overbooking. WE COULDN'T LEAVE! We found ourselves in a long and complicated situation. The bus arrived at 7 am, so we had to wait 90 minutes and arrived Aswan at 12 instead of 9am! The driver was smoking inside the bus.

The driver came 1 hour and a half late without letting us know. We had to be in contact with the agency and when they wanted told us the taxi was on the way,… after one hour and thirty minutes he arrived. Then didn’t even know where to drop us. He had to use my google maps.
