Abbiamo fatto questo viaggio dalle isole Phi Phi a Bangkok. Prima abbiamo preso un traghetto per la terraferma che era molto angusto. Le mie ginocchia toccavano il sedile di fronte a me, e non sono un uomo grande. Al molo di Krabi abbiamo dovuto chiedere in giro per trovare il mezzo successivo, che non era un autobus ma un furgone che ci ha portato in un posto vicino. Lì abbiamo cercato per altri 15 minuti un altro furgone che ci ha portato a Surat Thani. A Surat Thani, ci siamo fermati in un negozio aperto all'angolo di due strade dove ci hanno detto di aspettare 20 minuti. I 20 sono diventati 40 finché non è arrivato un autobus per portarci a Bangkok. L'autobus non era molto confortevole, con una piattaforma su cui poggiavano le sedie. Questa piattaforma non si estendeva completamente sotto la sedia del sedile del corridoio, il che significava che non si potevano appoggiare comodamente i piedi a terra. Alle 12.00 ci siamo fermati per 40 minuti in un piccolo posto lungo la strada. Alla fine siamo arrivati a Bangkok circa un'ora dopo l'orario previsto. Il cibo e l'acqua non erano inclusi nel viaggio. Raccomanderei di prenotare con un'altra compagnia se volete un po' di comfort in più. Siamo comunque andati da A a B.

We took this trip from the Phi Phi islands to Bangkok. First we took a ferry to the mainland which was very cramped. My knees touched the seat in front of me, and I am not a large man. At the pier in Krabi, we had to ask around ourselves to find the next vehicle, which was not a bus but a van that took us to somewhere nearby. There, we wanten for another 15 minutes for another van that took us to Surat Thani. In Surat Thani, we stopped at an open shop at the corner of two streets where we were told to wait 20 minutes. 20 became 40 until a party bus arrived to take us to Bangkok. The bus was not very comfortable, with a platform where the chairs stond on. This platform didn't extend fully under the chair in the aisle seat, meaning you could not comfortably set your feet on the ground. At 12.00 we stopped for 40 minutes at some small place by the road. Finally we arrived at Bangkok about an hoor after schedule. Food and water was not included in the trip. I would recommend booking with another company if you want some more comfort. We did get from A to B though.

Il pick-up era pronto e ci aspettava. Ma per portarci all'autobus grande c'è voluto molto tempo, perché volevano raccogliere altre persone e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 1 ora prima che tutto ciò fosse gestito.

Phi Phi to Bangkok. Pretty uncomfortable journey (particularly the night bus) and a little confusing at times as the 12Go Asia ticket doesn't give you a route breakdown, but the staff were helpful and made sure we all got the right buses/vans/ferries etc. We arrived on time and stopped for a decent break/food in the night so can't complain too much, but it isn't comfy so be aware of that!

Ferry from PP to Krabi, then van to Surat Thani, then private bus to Bangkok. If I knew I would book a bus from Krabi to BKK myself instead of doing a 3 hr drive to ST in a crowded van.
Also the bus from ST to BKK arrived an hour late, stopped every 3 hours in gas stations for 1 hour each stop so the driver can sleep(!!), so we arrived to BKK 4 hours later than expected.
