Una signora corretta che ha guidato bene e in modo sicuro. Ci siamo fermati per prendere un caffè e andare in bagno. Viaggio molto confortevole.

Un po' caotico ma ha funzionato.
Ci hanno portato al nostro hotel pagando un extra, il che è meglio che prendere un taxi, ma stavano ancora andando in quella direzione per le altre persone nell'autobus, quindi è strano...

We were taken to our hotel for extra money, which while better than grabbing a taxi, they were still going that way for the other people in the bus, so it feels weird...

The driver was really friendly. He had to drive a long way this day and did such a great job!
He was more than on time and we thankfully arrived one hour early on Koh Lanta.

Arrived an hour late, due to two layovers which took long. I didn't know about layovers? Nevertheless arrived at my hotel so thats good enough.

Overall they got us to our destination at the time they said. The first half of the trip was comfortable because the van wasn’t full. What wasn’t mentioned is they drop you off at Krabi station, and you have to wait for a transfer to take you more directly to where you’re going in Koh Lanta. If you want to be taken directly to the hotel you have to pay extra (cash) to one of the workers at the station. The second van was packed and had luggage in the rows which wasn’t great. Fine experience for the price but just be aware it might be longer especially if you’re the last drop off in the van.

I was staying near the Ratchaprapha dam so i took à taxi to an accepted pick up point which cost me another 500 bth. Then we got picked up and drove to the dam. So why writting except the dam. I also got charged double the price announce.

The first driver was a Little early, the second driver too Late. We arrived one Hour later as planned. Anyway we reached the destination.

In the first bus, the AC at the end of the bus was leaking. 6 seats were unusuable because of it, and the bus was full. Fortunately for us (we were on the leaking seats), after asking to stop the AC, the leak stopped.
Afterwards, we did a stop in a hotel because we had to change buses. Thankfully, another passenger told us that since we were going to koh lanta we had to get out. The driver never told us and we could have ended up in Krabi.
We arrived at 4:30 instead of 3pm. If it were because of traffic, it would be understandable. However, during the trip, the delay was because the driver did many stops to pickup: boxes of beer, boxes of wine, a kid, his lunch. We were in the bus from 1pm to 4:30pm and never did a stop. We were unable to buy some water or food so we arrived in Koh Lanta starving.
