Bert VBus was 2 hours late and no communication at all alltough the buscompany has my WhatsApp number. I had to insist on getting the information : the reason for the delay was the tide that made it impossible for the ferry to enter the harbour. No sorry or even eye contact with the driver or his colleague on entering the bus. Not very well coming... And in my opinion the driver took quite a few risks when overtaking cars on the road.

Kate GThe journey from Banyuwangi to Surabaya.
The pick up location was the Indomart opposite ketapang harbour (this wasn’t clear on our ticket).
However everyone was super helpful. We made 1 long lunch stop the entire journey. 8/10
