Victoria HGreat experience with CTM buses in Morocco. Our bus was on time, comfortable, and the driver got us to our destination safely and on schedule. We’re from the US and booked our tickets in advance through 12GO, which was quick and hassle free. I highly recommend traveling with CTM and using the 12GO platform for easy booking.

Gustaaf VThe bus and connection were as advertised. However, I had booked and paid for an earlier bus which they advertised as being available, then got a message saying it was full and that I needed to rebook for a connection three hours later. Not sure why they advertise something that’s not available. Beware.

Shelley JThe supratours bus was unavailable a few days before travel. 12GO organised alternative travel and I was kept informed and sent tickets for a CTM bus. All of my questions were answered promptly, I was very happy with the service provided.

Naoto BAlthough it's not the site's fault, the taxi I booked didn't show up, and when I contacted support, they didn't know what was going on, so it almost ruined my trip. I ended up calling another taxi and the problem was solved. 12go's cancellation process is also complicated.

Klaus DUnfortunately the Bus driver closed the first curtains on the left and right, that was disturbing the wonderful View...

Uzi MThis ended up to be a petit taxi without AC and a driver who didn't speak a single word of english/French. Really overpriced.

Malgorzata SI went to the bus station as it was indicated on the ticket. The bust stop is outside and down from the station. I’m lucky other driver has explained it to me. The layover was annoying and the second bus was late. The buses were modern but not super clean. The staff were very nice.
