Krishna The bus seats were dirty. The driver accommodated our tickets even though it was for a later time. The AC in the bus was good after the sweltering, humid weather of Catania.

Anonymous Easy access to the bus station. A bit of explanation about the size of bags allowed to carry with and that of baggage to put inside the storage space is better to be made.

Anonymous Happy traveller. Comfortable rude between Catania and Palermo. Set off on time and arrived on time.quicker than the train. Signposting the depot at Catania could have been better.

Anonymous Comfortable bus to travel for longer distances. The bus was comfortable, there was a toilet in the bus. You do not have to print out your ticket, it's enough to show the QR/bar code to be scanned by bus driver. The driving was soft, gentle and safe. The bus came to the Catania bus stop with delay in 20-25 minutes. We traveled with our 8-year kid but there was no possibility to chose reduced price ticket for kids, so we had to pay a full adult price for this ticket.
