Il servizio fornito è stato molto buono. Avevamo inizialmente prenotato il taxi per le 12:00, ma alla fine abbiamo avuto bisogno di essere prelevati prima, abbiamo chiamato l'autista e lui è arrivato nel giro di 10 minuti. L'auto è molto confortevole e l'autista molto cordiale. Raccomanderei Bangkok taxi 24 a chiunque viaggi in Thailandia.

The service provided was very good. We originally booked the taxi for 12pm, ended up needing to be picked up earlier, gave the driver a call and he was there within 10 minutes. Car very comfortable and driver very friendly. Would recommend Bangkok taxi 24 to anyone travelling around Thailand.

Dopo la prenotazione abbiamo ricevuto un'e-mail dalla società in cui si diceva che l'autista ci avrebbe aspettato con un cartello con il nostro nome. Invece abbiamo aspettato e ci hanno detto che dovevamo andare a piedi al vicino 7-11. Non è un problema, ma non siamo pratici della zona e ci hanno informato del contrario. Nessun problema, ma non abbiamo familiarità con la zona e siamo stati informati del contrario. Al momento della prenotazione è stata mostrata la foto di un veicolo nuovo di zecca, pulito e in ordine. Capiamo che non tutte le auto possono essere nuove di zecca, questa era una vecchia auto con uno stile molto diverso da quello mostrato nella foto. Non ci è dispiaciuto molto, eravamo comodi e la macchina era pulita. L'e-mail indicava anche che il prezzo del traghetto non era incluso (molto comprensibile) e che sarebbe stato di 80 thb per i passeggeri. Invece abbiamo dovuto pagare 360 thb in totale. Non è molto ma eravamo stati informati del contrario.
Circa 1,5 ore prima dell'arrivo, l'autista ha iniziato a fare molti commenti sul fatto che il viaggio sarebbe stato lungo e la giornata lunga. Eravamo d'accordo ma non potevamo cambiare le cose. Poi all'arrivo ci ha chiesto subito la mancia. Non abbiamo dato la mancia a causa di tutto questo. Avremmo voluto farlo prima, ma era un viaggio costoso anche per noi e c'erano troppe cose da aggiungere.

After reservation we received an email from the company stating the driver would wait for us with a sign with our name. Instead we waited around and got a call that we had to walk to the nearby 7-11. No problem but we are not familiar around and we were informed otherwise. When booking, a photo of a vehicle was showed of a brand new clean and neat car. We understand that not every car can be brand new, this was an old car with very different style than shown on the picture. We did not really mind this, we were comfortable and it was clean. The email also stated that ferry fare was not included (very understandable) and would be 80 thb for the passengers. Instead we had to pay 360 thb in total. Not much but we were informed otherwise.
About 1,5 hrs before arrival, driver started making many comments about it being a long drive and long day. We agreed but it was not something we could change. Then at the arrival he immediately asked us for a tip. We did not give one because of all this. We wanted to beforehand but it was an expensive trip for us as well and there were just too many things adding up.

Il 35 Group Pattaya mi ha fornito un ottimo supporto per tutte le domande che avevo. Il servizio è stato eccellente, l'autista è stato bravo e ci ha informato sugli orari delle pause per i bagni, sul fatto che possiamo stare fuori mentre aspettiamo il traghetto e così via. Lo consiglio vivamente e lo prenoterò di nuovo per il nostro ritorno a Pattaya :) inoltre è stato davvero fantastico essere accompagnati al nostro alloggio sull'isola.

Great support from 35 Group Pattaya with all the questions I had. The service was excellent, the driver good and informative about toilet break times, that we can be outside while waiting for ferry ect. Would totally recommend and will book it again for our way back to Pattaya :) also really awesome to be driven to our accommodation on the island

Eravamo quasi 30 minuti in anticipo al molo, ma l'autista è arrivato non appena siamo arrivati. Sono stato contattato via WhatsApp prima, il che ha reso tutto più facile anche se non c'erano molte informazioni sul voucher. Prezzo ok. 100% lo rifarei

We were almost 30mins early at the pier but the driver arrived as soon as we were there. I was contacted by WhatsApp priorly, which made everything easy even if there was not much info on the voucher. Price ok. 100% would do it again

The bus was uncomfortable. When you’re above 1.8 m you need more space.
Besides that the bus ride is ok. You’ll get where you supposed to get 👍

Bad communication - Not really any information given about the exact pickup point, even though when I booked it was "Ban Phe Pier" to Koh Chang...
Arrived in good time, around 10am for the 10:35 bus... no sign of the buses there, so I asked around a bit, but nobody seemed to know anything.
Messaged them on Whatsapp and they told me "10 minutes Ban Phe Pier" - so I just waited there.. At 10:40 and still no sign of the bus, a Tuktuk driver tells me it is from the other pier and kindly drives me there. The bus was waiting to leave of course, but why not tell me to come to the other pier?
If you're reading this - Don't stay at Ban Phe Pier - walk a few minutes south to the other one (Nuanthip), and on the opposite side of the main road is where the buses leave from PN Group 2017 on Google Maps

Comfy bus but it Took longer than planned. The bus was early at the pier, started loading new passengers but didn’t let any on board passengers off for a break until we were ready to leave, half an hour later..
We left on time from the pier but soon after we stopped again for half an hour without any communication (a family got off and we had to wait for one couple that arrived in a tuk tuk) We had a toilet/food break in an expensive service area. when we arrived at the next pier there was some organisational hiccups, we were then rushed off the bus but left to wait without instructions then quickly rushed again on the ferry that was about to leave. Once in Koh Chang they crammed 10 people and bags on one pick up van. All together from Rayong pier to Koh Chang hotel it took us 6 hours

Very cheap and easy - I felt well informed with the pdf I got about the pickup place - with coordinates and picture. Also well coordinated part from Bus - Ferry - taxi to hotel
I went from Rayong to koh chang . I paid the 100 bath more to get the transfer after the ferry directly to the hotel - def. Worth it.
Would do again
