  • I biglietti d'autobus sono quasi sempre più economici di quelli dell'aereo o del treno veloce. I tipi di autobus si adattano a tutti i budget. Gli autobus standard, più economici, sono a volte un po' lenti e non forniscono il massimo comfort, ma sono comunque accettabili e ti porteranno a destinazione. Per i viaggi più lunghi, gli autobus sono solitamente dotati di servizi igienici o effettuano fermate per la toilette, e il prezzo include quasi sempre snack, acqua e talvolta articoli da toilette e coperte.

Svantaggi del Viaggio in Autobus

  • I nuovi terminal interurbani degli autobus sono spesso situati fuori città, vicino alle autostrade, in modo da evitare il traffico urbano. Questo può comportare qualche difficoltà per i viaggiatori. Raggiungere un terminal di questo tipo può risultare problematico, poiché in alcuni terminal ci sono restrizioni in quanto ai veicoli che sono autorizzati a entrare e quindi per arrivarci occorre utilizzare trasporti speciali. Ciò potrebbe comportare costi più elevati soprattutto se i prezzi dei trasporti sono stati ribaltati. Se si viaggia nelle ore di punta, si deve prevedere più tempo, soprattutto se non si conosce la situazione del traffico locale.
  • Gli autobus sono forse il mezzo di trasporto meno puntuale rispetto ai treni e agli aerei. Gli autobus dipendono fortemente dalla situazione stradale, che a volte è imprevedibile (incidenti, lavori stradali, deviazioni, ecc.). Questo vale soprattutto per i viaggi del fine settimana, l'alta stagione e le festività nazionali. Tienilo presente e non programmare connessioni troppo ravvicinate.

Trip from Belgrade to Budapest 12.5 hours!! Seriously, 450km way!! We are stayed in the boarder 8h. 12 hours one way. It was terrible. We are stayed in the boarder 8.5 hours. And after boards driver went to cafe for 30min. I louse my airplane.

This was one of the friendliest bus rides I have had in the Balkans. Everything was good-the bus was clean and at the perfect temperature; the outlet worked, WiFi was fairly good but best of all the driver and the driver assistant ( especially him) were so kind and friendly. It was great.

Bus was equipped with electricity plugs and A/C. Co-driver was not friendly at all. We have arrived about 3 hours late - while I understand that queue on the border is not under your control but under these circumstances was it necessary to make a 45 minute stop at some random restaurant in the middle of nowhere? Some people were being late for their flight even - when they told this to the co-driver he just shrugged and said they could try arranging their own ride. Also co-driverer was sleeping on the passenger seats during the ride and while I can tolerate that on top of that he stretched his legs across the cabin blocking the passage for passengers who had to literally climb over him to pass through.

Belgrade bus station is the worse. Had to pay to access the platform. For no reason… legal scam. They (someone from the company) took photo of our ID/passport. For what? What is the reason they do that. We asked and they arrogantly refused to answer. They actually have no right to do that. Are they using our information for something? It should be enough to check at the border. They have no right to take picture of the IDs.

Always pleasant ride to Budapest. I regularly travel to Budapest with Fudex. I love how clean the bus is and how polite the drivers are. I also like that they don't play loud music and that it's nice and quiet on the bus. I wish the internet on the bus was more stable because it's useful to have once we cross the border.

And this delay (we arrived at 6.30 am instead of 22.30 as it was scheduled) as I learned was quite normal for this border in Saturday, but no one mentions about possible delays were written when I bought tickets. If I found this in ticket description probably I would chose another day for the journey. And in addition bus was completely unprepared for this delay, no water and snacks (and it was impossible to buy something during the boarder control, because no one shop).

Booking should include info on need for seat reservation and platform "fee" in Belgrade. Clean. convenient, friendly drivers. During stops and ride, drivers and a passenger were talking and laughing at an extremely loud volume. They sounded like hyenas. Unable to sleep or relax because of this. At Belgrade, I learned that I needed to buy a token to access the platform. I didn't have dinar, so I had to change money with a kind passenger in line. Imagine almost missing a bus because of such nonsense. This should be flagged on your website or Belgrade station should be informed that this is anti-customer. While stopped along the way to Budapest, I learned that someone had reserved my seat. Your website said nothing about seat reservations.

Voznja je bila prijatna,pauze odgovarajuce,temperatura u autobusu je bila prijatna. Zadovoljna sam. Ocigledno je prtljaznik bio prljav,jer mi je kofer bio isaran crnim mrljama ,pri odlasku. U povratku su kofere ubacivali haoticno,te se prilikom vadjenja prtljaga u Beogradu desavalo da koferi popadaju,dok su ih izvlacili. Izvlaceni su preko reda,zbrda zdola sto ne bi trebalo da bude. Sta ako je u nekom koferu nesto lomljivo. A i sami koferi sw tako kruve. Razumem i umor i dug put,ali naprosto ne bi ovako nesto trebalo da kvari utisak o Fudeksu.

Ik werd gewoon niet geholpen. Doordat we drie uur voor de douane stonden kreeg de bus een vertraging van 2,5 uur. Daardoor mistte ik mijn aansluiting op de trein en moest ik in de openlucht slapen. De medewerker dacht helemaal niet met me mee en liet me gewoon gaan. Ik moest bellen naar Flixbus en die verwezen me door naar Getbybus en die konden mij ook niet helpen, omdat Flixbus verantwoordelijk is. Dus ik kon niets, dan een enorm duur treinticket boeken.

Zaista je sve prošlo u najboljem mogućem redu. Želim da istaknem da mi se posebno svidela tačnost polaska autobusa. Dopada mi se što nema previše pauza, no ima jedna do dve. Smatram da je takav broj pauzi, za relaciju Budimpešta - Beograd, sasvim u redu, obzirom da u autobusu ima toalet. Sve mi se svidelo.

Entspannte Fahrt von Belgrad nach Budapest. Der Bus stand pünktlich (ca. eine halbe Stunde vor Abfahrt) zum Einsteigen bereit. Für Koffer/Rucksäcke musste nichts extra bezahlt werden. Die Anschnallgurte waren funktionstüchtig und es war ein zweiter Busfahrer an Bord. Eine Toilette war vorhanden. Nach der serbisch-ungarischen Grenze wurde ein Pausenstopp für eine Kaffeepause eingelegt. Durch die Grenzkontrollen muss man immer mit etwas mehr Fahrzeit rechnen, als angegeben. (Das war aber für uns kein Problem).

Beograd-Budimpesta. Svidelo mi se koliko je detaljno objasnjeno na karti, gde se ceka bus, kada, i dodatne informacije. Uvek moze vise informacija da pise na karti. Takodje, bilo bi pozeljno da na karti pise broj sedista, to bi ulilo sigurnost putnicima kada kupuju kartu, jer kada ne pise deluje nesigurno. Takodje, radnik koji nas je sacekao, koji je pregledao pasose nije bio ljubazan, preneo nam je osecaj tenzije. Bilo bi lepo ako bi bili ljubazni, svi smo pod stresom kada putujemo, a usluga i ljubaznost moze da nam pomogne da se bolje osecamo.

Budimpesta Beograd Fudeks. Nije mi se svidela vasa neposlovnost,jer umalo me vozac odbio jer mu niste javili moje ime da li QR code nije bio pravi ili sta vise.Tek kada sam vozacu rekao da cu da platim kartu a sa vama cu se raskusurati u Beogradu,pustio me. Covek je bio pametan i ljubazan pa vas je pozvao telefonom,i dobio potvrdu da je moja rezervacija u redu ali on nije bio obavesten. Covek se lepo izvinio u svoje i u ime firme. Znaci pohvala za vozaca a za vas sam siguran da cu vas izzbegavati u sirokom luku,samo zato sto ste u Flixbus aranzmanu.Posto sam zbog raznih razloga bio prinudjen da menjam datume za dan ranije,Flixbus ima lopovski manir da kada otkazete rezervaciju ponudi dve opcije Voucher ili Refund,ali sta god izabrali dobicete voucher koji vazi goiinu dan i posle nema para.Posto u inostranstvo putujem uvek aviono osi ovaj putaznaci da ne mogu da dobijem novac koji sam platio ,pa cu lepo da prijavim Flixbus (nema veze sa vama) jer je to prevara a da bacim 50+17+18 eura nemam nameru.

Nagyon nagy késés. 80 perc késés az induláskor Újvidékről (Novi Sad) és 5 óra várakozás a szerb-magyar határon. A buszvezető viselkedése durva és kellemetlen volt. Pénzt követelt egy táska elhelyezéséért, ami benne volt a jegy árában.

El auxiliar del conductor se portó de forma grosera y con cierta agresividad, debido, al parecer, a mi nacionalidad, pues pidieron mi pasaporte y me dijeron que debía sentarme al fondo, al pedir explicación me dijo que eran las reglas en Europa. Más cuidado con el personal y el trato que dan a los extranjeros.
