Sangat bersikeras agar saya menaruh ransel kecil saya beserta semua barang saya di bawah bus. Saya menolak karena saya membawa obat-obatan, air, makanan, dan barang-barang lain yang saya butuhkan di sana. Mereka menyuruh saya menaruhnya di tas tangan saya, tetapi tidak muat semuanya, oleh karena itu saya selalu membawa ransel kecil saya ke dalam bus.

Duduk di atas sepeda motor dalam cuaca panas sungguh tak tertahankan. Dari bawah panas, AC bus tidak bisa ditutup, sehingga badan saya dingin. Toiletnya tak tertahankan. Pintunya tidak bisa ditutup. Bau busuk sangat terasa di dalam bus. Tisu toiletnya hilang.

Namun, itu salahku. Saya tidak menyadari bahwa Nasr City adalah halte Go Bus khusus di Kairo padahal yang sebenarnya saya butuhkan adalah halte Giza di Kairo. Tidak ada yang bisa membantu saya, jadi saya akhirnya membeli tiket lagi. Selain itu, pembelian melalui 12Go daripada Go-Bus langsung menempatkan kursi saya di kursi TERBURUK (barisan belakang, yang tidak dapat direbahkan untuk tidur). Sekali lagi, lebih baik memilih langsung dari Go-Bus untuk memilih tempat duduk Anda sendiri.

The train was ok, we arrived well at our destination. The egyptian railway service was excellent, we had no trouble to find the correct track and also getting the hard ticket was no problem. However, its more a train for locals, as a Tourist we felt a bit uncomfortable…

The trip took longer than expected due to a late start and rest times of more than one hour and several other rest stops, all in the same trip. Unfortunately, this meant that we were quite late to start our day in our destination, and that threw us off schedule. Otherwise, the service was very friendly and the cars were excellent. We hate to leave a bad review, but the long delays really caused us a lot of issues that were completely due to the service provider not sticking to the time seriously

I chose this class of bus for its comfort, but besides the damaged equipment, there are no phone chargers and no TV screens. And we are arriving 1 hour and 30 minutes late.

Finding the right platform at Cairo station was hard, there were no signs anywhere. The toilets on board were unpleasant and the train was an hour and a half late. I don’t advise anybody to use this method of transport in Egypt

Too many stops. Driver stopped 5 times for cigarette and coffee, 2 times for fuel, because the first place first have the correct kind. 1 time to pee on the dive of the road and 1 time to use a toilet. I asked him not to smoke in the car but he did anyway. Many times I saw him scrolling through photos on his phone while driving.

The 12Go’s subcontractor didnt respond to our email on time. When we arrived the police took us apart and arranged our ticket and send us in the right direction. We were obliged to pay them for their service, we felt not reallu comfortable. When at the platform at Luxor we couldnt read the platform because it was in arabic. The locals (0 tourist on the train) were helpfull, thanks! The train itself was quite alright, it left only 20 minuts late, the AC worked and it was not that disgusting. However they woke us up 2 times in the middel of the night on a sleeper train) to check our tickets for the second time and pay for the food we bought hours ago… In the end we were happy everything worked out but I think the bus might be better value for money.
