Bus von KL nach Ipoh. Problemloser Check-in beim Reisebüro (befindet sich die Rolltreppe rauf, Abfahrt Timesquare KL). Bus hatte 1h Verspätung und fuhr statt 9:45 erst um 10:45 los. Busfahrer eher teilnahmslos, machte Tür und Kofferfach auf, blieb im Bus und sagte nichts. Wir hatten im Voraus 2 Sitze gebucht, im Bus hieß es dann freie Sitzplatzauswahl, war okay für uns. Es war ein Doppeldecker Bus mit bequemen Ledersitzen mit Liegemöglichkeit, AC vorhanden und hat gut funktioniert. USB-Ladeanschluss vorhanden, nicht funktioniert. Prinzipiell ausreichend Platz im Bus, die Passagiere vor uns Lagen die ganze Fahrt, wodurch es etwas enger war. Pause bei Autobahnrasttation von 11:55-12:15. Ankunft in Ipoh um 14:00.
Insgesamt hat die Busfahrt für uns gepasst.

Der Bus hatte in dem Zeitplan große Verzögerung. Die Fußleiste meines Sitzes ließ sich nicht verstellen. Ansonsten war es sehr komfortabel.

Buchung wurde um eine Stunde verschoben, Bus kam 30 Minuten später, weitere Verspätung da einige Gäste willkürlich eingesammelt wurden, Bus hatte keine WLAN (trotz Kennzeichnung), Sitze waren defekt, Fahrt dauerte anstatt der 5 angegeben Stunden 11, mehr ist dem nicht mehr hinzuzufügen!

Unser Bus sollte um 17 Uhr abfahren, ein bisschen vorher kam die Nachricht über WhatsApp, dass er erst um 18 Uhr kommt. Um ca. 18:15 hat er uns dann abgeholt. Insgesamt haben wir für die Fahrt nicht 5 Stunden, sondern 8 Stunden gebraucht.

Der Bus hatte bei der Abfahrt eine Verspätung von einer Stunde. Die Wartezeit an der Grenze zu Malaysia war länger als geplant, ansonsten angenehme Busfahrt mit einem netten Busfahrer und einem komfortablen Reisebus mit Klimaanlage.

Etwas kompliziert gemacht. Wir haben die Tickets online gekauft und sind zum Schalter nur um zu fragen ob wir richtig sind und mussten dann 4rm zahlen (nicht viel umgerechnet aber unnötige Kosten) weil ie Tickets ausgedruckt wurden obwohl wir die Tickets online hatten, mit qr Code zum scannen. Wir mussten dann aber nochmal umsteigen, was bei der Buchung nicht stand. Die Fahrt hat länger gefauert als angegeben und zwar sind wir 6,5 Stunden gefahren statt 5. es war aber super gemütlich und eine entspannte Fahrt. Man muss sich dran gewöhnen das hier auch Busse überholen und mal gerne sehr schnell fahren.

For this trip you’re gonna need a blanket, neck pillow, snacks, a cap, headphones and a good playlist.
It is true what the other reviews tell you. The bus driver seems very careless with his passengers. Luckily for us he was accompanied with a man who was closer to nice and spoke English.
The aircon is very cold and the bus smells of old cigarettes… BUT there are lots of leg room and the seats can transform to a semi bed.

We arrived late and at a wrong place, mzch further from the center than supposed to. The driver said the vehicle was broken, but when everyone was out he just kept driving... He honked very loud and a lot during the drive. It seemed as he was stressed that we where late. He droped us 1h later than scheduled and on a trainstation outside kuala lumpur. So we had to find out by ourselfs how to get to the city. No excuse, no attempt to help us. That was really a bad experience. At least he dropped us at a trainstation and the seats were comfortable. Therefore 2 stars and not only 1.

The bus left 20 minutes late. Shortly after the air conditioning stopped working. It seemed that the air con would die when the bus was running. The bus then stopped on the side of the highway and alternative buses were organised for the passengers. The driver was stressed but he remained helpful. Several hours of waiting followed and I arrived at my destination almost 5 hours later than I should have.

The driver was doing other things while driving and we more than once crossed over to another Lane - scary! But we made it to KL without any accidents.
Support was very helpful when we felt the need to confirm that we were on the right pickup-spot.
We was delayed before even starting our journey and it didn’t take long before the driver stoped and left the bus for approx. 10-15 minutes. The fact that the drive took longer than anticipated was NOT the traffic.

Die Fahrt war soweit ganz in Ordnung. Ein kleines bisschen spannend bei dem ganzen Ein-Aus-Einreisethema. Es hat aber gut funktioniert. Leider hatten wir zu Beginn schon eine 1/2 h Verspätung und zum Schluss knapp 2h ohne wirklich ersichtlichen Grund (kein Stau oder ähnliches). Abfahrt war 15:00 und Ankunft für 20:06 geplant. Los ging es um 15:30 und angekommen sind wir um 22 Uhr.

The service was delayed and the staff at the bus station was both unhelpful and quite rude. I had to ask several times when the bus was coming and he dismissed me several times telling me to sit down and almost laughing in my face. He then gave me information after it was already late saying it would be very late. It was unhelpful and the communication remained poor. The bus broke down for 2 hours, 1 hour outside of Kuala Lumper. Again, we had no information about what was happening, for the first hour and 45 minutes, and just told to leave the bus. A replacement bus did come and we finally arrived in Penang at 8.40 am, instead of 5.10 am. It was a significant delay and caused problems for our first day in Penang.

I was surprised with the amount of space of the seats and how comfortable they were. I think it was the best bus I had ever taken according to comfort. They even had a screen for movies or games but, sadly, they did not work during the entire ride.
The bus does stop at one point for buying food and toilet break.
I have to give only 4 stars though because the 5h ride ended in a 8h one. The bus arrived late to the station and then with the traffic it only kept on delaying. We ended up arriving at KL around 20:00 when we were supposed to arrive at 16:30. Best advice to take the bus from Butterworth instead of Penang as the traffic getting out of it it's terrible at that only took around 2h so avoid that and go to Butterworth instead (and get some food for the ride or you might starve if you get stuck in traffic too).

I booked on Chinese new year weekend knowing there'd be loads of traffic delays. KL to Penang took 10 hours and advertised at 9. I brought a good book and was happy out. I noticed other reviews AFTER I booked that made me a bit nervous but we weren't crossing over any border and we left on time. However at the second pick up point, 3 women were left to hopefully get the next bus because there seemed to be an overbooking. That took almost an hour to sort. So if you're booking, get on at the starting point. And also the seats aren't actually numbered so I could sit anywhere but that caused an issue for a couple who got on last and didn't have seats together.
Bus was super comfy, air-conditioned and stopped for breaks

The bus was 50 minutes late, the driver seemed angry, we finally took off at almost 3pm instead of 2pm. No communication whatsoever, no English on board. The driver looked irritated the whole way. We made stops without explanation. In the end we opted for a grab instead of waiting any longer. If youre a tourist/traveller find someone who speaks English to cling on to.
Benefits: leg space and comfort was good.

Not quite clear at the beginning of it was the correct bus or not.
It turned up at a different gate but there was no announcement.
Further confusion where it seemed to be overbooked. There was someone in my seat with the same seat number, the same with some other passengers.
I didn't want to use it, but the in seat entertainment system didn't work at my seat or some of my neighbours. Some other seats were able to play some basic games on theirs.
There was no onboard WiFi as advertised at booking.
Positives were the large seats that were relatively comfortable, and had a large degree of recline.
We reached our destination only 10 minutes late, but in time to meet the ferry.
A third of the price of the train, but arrives 50 minutes later. A tough call, but I would get the train if I had to choose again.

In our case, the Bus from Butterworth to Hat Yai was a white minibus which does not depart from Penang Sentral, but opposite the Pertron gas station. You have to pay 10 additional Ringit per person for the vehicle insurance at the border. Additional note to international travelers: the border guards ask you about your travel itinerary, your bookings for leaving the country and hotel reservations. They also wanted to see a bank account statement or cash. So might want to prepare these documents.

bus came with 2 hours delay. because of que on the border from previous ride.
driver stoped at various places to carry in and carry out his own luggage.
were late for 2 hours at arrival.
I was not in hurry, so its ok for me in general, but you should consider my experience before you choose this operator

Driver did not stop near Tai Seng MRT and as a first-timer using this company, I was lost and had to ask the driver for direction and walked over to the mall connected to the mrt. Also the PA system of the bus is very poor, no one understood what the driver was saying through the microphone.

It was supposed to arrive in Kuala Lumpur at 20:40 but we arrived at 23:34.

Got delayed by one hour and they just told me when I got there + send me a message at te time the van was supposed to leave, almost missed the bus, the organisations English was very poor so they were not very helpful.

The fact that there was no booth or counter representing the bus service, made it inconvenient as it required an e-boarding pass, downloading an application on the spot and getting it done made it chaotic even within tha timeframe of 40+ minutes.

The indications of the drop off point was not complete, I had to go twice inside Tai Seng MRT with my suitcase, where I found someone who happens to know that Tim Howan is the name of a restaurant at the other side of the underground.

Night bus was initially delayed by 1.5hours to 1am, which happens but communication was quite poor. They also didn’t tell us that we would now need to change bus in KL at 3.30 in the morning. Finally we weren’t dropped at Penang Sentral as expected. Seats comfy and we made it to Penang but biggest issue was poor communication.

Timings on the trip were 12:25pm - 5:12pm we didn’t get there till about 7:20pm didn’t get to eat anything and lost a day due to the travel! Needs to be more specific with breaks etc

If you want customer service then this probably isn’t for you. If you want someone that will get you to where you want to go, then this will do.
Arrived 3 hours later than stated on original booking.
However with no real lateness, that must be how long it takes.
Coach was comfortable and managed to sleep.

VERY unprofessional. Starting with the reception, the woman was super annoyed at every question, while giving each passenger different directives (check in, no check in, super confusing), she didn't give us information on the whole procss either, you had to figure it out for yourself, and very overcomplicated. We had to download a different App MIDWAY to keep checking in, which wasn't functional either. Completely ridiculous. Also, the driver was super unprofessional, screaming into his phone all way long, singing terribly, smoking under the smoking prohibited sign... playing on his phone, stearing with his elbows, very terrifying ... NEVER choose this when you have ANY other options

The bus itself was good, very comfy. However, the bus driver was unclear about where we were stopping, I know he cannot help the traffic but we arrived a lot later than usual and were dropped far from the location it stated on 12go. It would have been nice to have been told that we were no longer stopping at the planned stop, as we then had to get a 40 minute taxi quite late at night.

Bus journey would have been excellent, if not for the staff behaviour.
Either the driver or colleague shouted rudely at me in Malay (which i do not understand), like I was a lowly army recruit all because i stood up for a bit while the bus is moving.
Had no clue why another staff spent nearly 5 minutes discussing and nearly asked another customer to leave the bus, all because the customer's shoes weren't clean
Honestly i don't remember coming across any clear rules and regulations banning customers from boarding a bus due to dirty footwear
This operator could have been perfect but the staff in general, need serious customer service training
