Seats were uncomfortable they need better cushions for your bum, the person behind me wouldn't let me recline my seat so I could sleep. I don't know what the point of having seats that can recline if you can't use them.
The gentleman running the bus were very nice. However one of them did ask me to put my seat up, I'm assuming cause the person behind me said something. So unfortunately not a great experience. I got maybe 1.5 hrs of sleep on a 13hr overnight bus ride.

Was prompt and had a good ride. However the ventilation was quite poor which made the bus warm and having loads of people cough. Air vent should be opened for a while at the start of the trip or at least passengers should be given that option to have that.

The drive was smooth. The conductor spoke English. We had 3 toilet stops along the ride, 1st was for passengers to change bus for Istanbul, other 2 were toilet stops. The 3rd place had snacks. The gozleme and hot tea was good at the last stop. We also had a snack & drink served. All passengers to Pamukkale were transferred to a smaller van to bring us into the town. There we listened to staff on possible tours to take (no obligation). After that, we were dropped to our hotel at no charge. There was wifi & usb charger for mobile device

The Turkish travel system is awful. Most of attendants don’t speak english. Any information about the departure platforms and connexions.

Best overnight bus experience in Turkey. My partner and I have been travelling turkey for the past 6 weeks, and used many different companies - some OKAY others terrible (smoking onboard, bad seats, breakdowns). This bus outshone them all. It was super clean, the most comfortable seats of any bus, the driver drove the bus smoothly and responsibly making it very easy to drift off to sleep. The crew onboard provided refreshments, ensured everyone wore seatbelts, cleaned up rigorously, turned off the cabin lights overnight and also stopped for restroom breaks. We wish all of our overnight busses were this smooth

We took the 8.15pm bus from Goreme Otogar to Pamukkale. Bus was on time and clean. There were few managable and understandable surprises like (1) we had to switch buses in one of the station but it was well informed by conductor, and (2) since both me/wife were the only ppl heading to Pamukkale, the bus stopped close to highway without entering Denizli, where shuttle vans available to take us to Pamukkale hotel/tours. But overall it was a good experience, theres lot of offered ammenities such as coffee, cakes, breads, water offered with few toilet breaks along the way (3 to be exact)

El bus salió en horario y llegó a destino 2 horas antes. Es comodo y se realizaron muchas paradas para ir al baño. También nos dieron snacks. Lo malo es que los choferes fumaban dentro y el bus estaba lleno de humo.

Servicio y calidad-precio excelente!! El guía fue muy atento conmigo y simpático, me sentí súper cómoda y segura, aparte te dan snacks y puedes elegir entre café, té o zumo, me encantó la experiencia. Además hacen varias paradas en las que puedes ir al baño y estirar un poco el cuerpo, cosa que se agradece mucho. El autobus llegó al destino mucho antes de la hora marcada. El autobús está antiguo, sin espacio para las piernas, super súper incómodo para tantísimas horas de viaje. Mido 182, no soy Pau Gasol, y me apretaban las piernas con el asiento de delante. No pegamos ojo.
