Very quick and efficient. Traveled on. Tuesday at 10am during rainy season. Seas were calm and there were only 7 passengers making for a very easy trip from Phuket to Ao Nang!

It was very bust so it did get a bit chaotic and we were delayed by an hour but they call out numbers and then you walk down and get on a long tail boat to the big boat taking you to langkawi. Your bags also get taken to the boat on a long tail boat before you get on and your passports are put into a tray and you get them back on the boat ( they ask you where you are from and give you all the passports from your country so that you can pick yours out ) . Getting off the boat after arriving in langkawi was the worst part as everyone was trying to get their luggage as other people were trying to get off.

Great trip, well looked after and very professional. Would have given 5 stars but they had a problem with the engine, kept cutting out near the end of the journey. They still got us there safely and before time. Organised getting me to my Hotel and were very professional and friendly. Great people thank you ðŸ™

I’ve booked a speedboat and got a long tail boat. I wouldn’t be upset about it if someone would tell me the change. Super confused to check in, there was no one from Tigerline at the check in point. Whoever helped us with the ride was helpful though.

when on the boat we stopped at koh yao noi, no boat staff said anything about where we were or anything so we got off assuming we were at our destination. even with our bag tags and our shirt stickers the helped us off the boat and let us go to the wrong destination. wasn’t the biggest of deals we just got a boat over to koh yao ya which was only 100 baht but if i were a family travelling with children it would have been more annoying for sure.
anyways just double check where you are because staff won’t tell you/ even with the stickers they just let you off

But on the way back we were not satisfied because it stopped for half an hour at the next station and we were not feeling well from the heat. We are two people, aged 67 and 71, and this heat was not suitable for us, but they were waiting for an extra passenger and took 11 passengers on board. It was supposed to leave at 3 o'clock, but it left 7 minutes early and was in Phuket at 4:10, but it was in Phuket at 4:30. That means we were in that bad heat for half an hour and when we arrived we were not feeling well and we were overheated.
