I messaged the number on receipt with Whatsapp, they responded with a map showing location of bus and how long until it arrived, also included the license plate number. So cool, took the stress out of an unfamiliar location. The bus was very comfortable, I fell asleep and next thing I knew we were moving to a smaller bus. I was the first to be dropped off at my hotel, great ride. Even with construction on the highway we arrive earlier than I expected. Thank you for great experience.

U get a time for pickup at your hotel. 5 min later driver came to lobby to pick me up. Very good. Well organised with some breaks for toilet and lunch. Recommend it. Bus was full but okay, like eco class in plane. 😉. Baggage was stored mostly in cabin.

Van transfer to bus a little confusing as we found out of the transfer at the time and taxi driver spoke broken English .

Bad communication - Not really any information given about the exact pickup point, even though when I booked it was "Ban Phe Pier" to Koh Chang...
Arrived in good time, around 10am for the 10:35 bus... no sign of the buses there, so I asked around a bit, but nobody seemed to know anything.
Messaged them on Whatsapp and they told me "10 minutes Ban Phe Pier" - so I just waited there.. At 10:40 and still no sign of the bus, a Tuktuk driver tells me it is from the other pier and kindly drives me there. The bus was waiting to leave of course, but why not tell me to come to the other pier?
If you're reading this - Don't stay at Ban Phe Pier - walk a few minutes south to the other one (Nuanthip), and on the opposite side of the main road is where the buses leave from PN Group 2017 on Google Maps

The two buses we were on had good leg room (unlike the Pattaya to Koh Chang) so it was a much better experience. However, the lack of driver communication and the steps one takes to from island transport to ferry to bus is not good and can be fixed so easily. It would make the experience 5 stars.

Comfy bus but it Took longer than planned. The bus was early at the pier, started loading new passengers but didn’t let any on board passengers off for a break until we were ready to leave, half an hour later..
We left on time from the pier but soon after we stopped again for half an hour without any communication (a family got off and we had to wait for one couple that arrived in a tuk tuk) We had a toilet/food break in an expensive service area. when we arrived at the next pier there was some organisational hiccups, we were then rushed off the bus but left to wait without instructions then quickly rushed again on the ferry that was about to leave. Once in Koh Chang they crammed 10 people and bags on one pick up van. All together from Rayong pier to Koh Chang hotel it took us 6 hours

The bus was 18 passenger not 10, but the big issue was there was no leg room and if someone reclined their seat is was worse. We sat in the very back row which was even worse as we could not recline and the back left seat had less leg room than any other seat. The bus was late, to the point that I tried calling the hotline (35 Group) and no one picked up. We ended up pulling off the highway and picking up two passengers at Koh Samet 35 Group office or some spot. When we got to the Koh Chang pier we waited over an hour to get on the ferry and the bus driver it was difficult to communicate with. Bottom line we were over three hours late getting to the hotel from the web/PDF voucher time for arrival. I could see an hour, but over three hours. Anyway, would never use the 35 Group service again.

Fair dos - I didn't plan to use such a service but booked a hotel transfer and bus journey to the pier for Koh Chang. It all went fine and we made the ferry in good time. Perhaps I should have gone for an option inclusive of ferry crossing and transfer the other side. Perhaps I will do this in future

The experience exceeded my expectations, particularly given the absence of my time constraint. However, as noted in the reviews, the van was delayed, and the transportation duration exceeds the website’s quoted estimate. Therefore, it is advisable to plan accordingly if you have a specific time requirement.

We took spacious and pleasantly air-conditioned bus, incl. 2 refreshment breaks, but as one may expect, bus speed limit is lower than minivan and the journey to the ferry took one hour longer. Anyone who order the service should have realistic expectation on arrival time (around 16 at Koh Chang)

The pick-up point of 35 Pattaya Group was easy to find and te coordination was perfect. It was a nice minibus. The driver and the route was good. We had one stop on our way. Perfect.

We could not be picked up at our resort gpm that was next to bear's den. Just Because our resort was not on the list. We had to make arrangement for gpm employee for bringing our luggage to Bears den before 8am and early checkout before 8 am. Drivers was 15 minutes early which was possitive. Drive to the pier lasten 3 hours. Slow boat to koh samet 45 minutes. Well plannen transport by 35 group pattaya minibus.
