Anonymous Good Overall But…. Overall, Getbybus is a reliable and accountable company. I am most impressed by their email management. They allow you to email them, and get back to you competently and efficiently. That’s more than I can say for most companies. Just two complaints: 1.The ticket did not specify which bus station the bus departed from. 2.The person loading the luggage stated the bus to my destination was not going to my destination. He was wrong, but caused me and others much anxiety. They should have all stops written on the bus and board.

Anonymous Bus on time-No toilet break for 3 hours. - I nearly missed my bus because Flix Bus was written on the front of the bus (which confused me) and also, nothing stating the destination.
