David BI arrived to the bus terminal 30 min before departure and the were no seats available at the bus we Booked. The next bus was more than 2 hours later.
I received an email from you confirming the booking.
I had to buy two extra tickets from another xompany in order to get to my destination on time.
I send and email asking for a refund and I have no feedback so far.

Franziska Driver wanted to leave about an hour to early, we nearly missed it. Bus had no Air Con it was really hot, driver was driving totally crazy and dangerous. Way to fast, passing red lights, etc.
