1. I’ve bought tickets even for an infant, the kid was only 7 months, but the system made me to buy tickets for infant also! At the end I was forced to pay for 1 seat extra, and during the trip back to Tashkent that seat was unoccupied by my kid, cause the kid still seats/sleeps only on a hand! The driver and assistant sold an extra seat for cash and let that passenger to seat on that place (seat #23) 2. The trip was delayed for 50 minutes!

45mn late to Samarcande and insteat to arrives at 6:30pm we arrived at 10:pm. And the bus never stop to go to the toilet so imagine!!! 5hours without loo!!!!!
