Ludovic AGlobalement bon trajet entre Koh Lipe et Pak Bara (1h30) mer calme ça tappe un peu au départ mais ça va. Par contre odeur d'essence pendant tout le trajet et ça ce n'était pas du tout agréable...
Nous devions faire Krabi Koh Lipe en speed boat (5h à 6h). A lire tous les commentaires et à voir toutes les videos sur le net on a fait le choix denorendre un taxi van (à peine 4h de route + 1h30 de speed boat) : c'etait parfait ! L'avantage du taxi: plus de place, wifi, arrêts quand on veut, on peut manger et boire et dormir tranquille. Voila pour notre expérience. C'est globalement un peu plus coûteux mais bcp plus confortable !

Thiansin SI would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent ferry booking.
I specifically chose the ferry instead of a speedboat because I am prone to seasickness. However, I was informed only about one hour before departure that the service would be changed to a speedboat.
At that point, I had no choice but to continue with the trip, as all other arrangements had already been made in advance. Despite this significant change, I was still charged the same price as originally booked.
I find this situation quite unfair, as the service provided did not match what I had intentionally selected.
I would appreciate your explanation regarding this matter, and I hope you will consider appropriate compensation

Jennifer SWe used 12Go for airport transfer and speedboat to Koh Lipe both there and back and even with tight time lines it was faultless.
The staff are professional efficient and friendly, the communication via WhatsApp prior to the journey was excellent and reassuring and we were so impressed.
I would highly recommend this company and would certainly use it again ourselves.
