Reed SSeats were uncomfortable they need better cushions for your bum, the person behind me wouldn't let me recline my seat so I could sleep. I don't know what the point of having seats that can recline if you can't use them.
The gentleman running the bus were very nice. However one of them did ask me to put my seat up, I'm assuming cause the person behind me said something. So unfortunately not a great experience. I got maybe 1.5 hrs of sleep on a 13hr overnight bus ride.

Aleksandra WEverything was fine except the fact, that bus station on the ticket is the correct one. Operator use the minor strain, 500m away, coords 40,9962064, 29,1535333. If you wouldn't be an hour earlier, have a luck asking people, you would miss the bus basing on the ticket only
