Kate BEverything was great until we got to Koh Lanta, the dirver did not drop me off my hotel just because he had to make a long U-turn. Had me walk so far to get to my hotel.

Marilyn RIf I'd have known that a 4.5 hr drive would turn into an all day confusion, I would have hooked my ride home another way. Not only did 8 have to change vans numerous times, wait hours for the next one, but when I finally got on the last van, the driver was so loaded he was dangerous. Way overcrowded, people with their big bags on their lap, but when we approached our destination island, myself and another passenger were told that our destination was to far, he didn't have the time. We were dropped on the side of the road, even though the ticket said " hotel transfer" I live here. I know how things work, and this trip was awful. I thought you should know.
However the guy that met me at the airport was very nice, and accommodating. ( I got stuck at a crowded immigration, called 12Go hotline and asked them to wait if I was a little late. They did and were very understanding about it, which I really appreciate.

Paul SThe trip was smooth and comfortable, even with choppy seas. I've heard the speedboat is much more uncomfortable, especially in bad weather. The staff helped us transfer our luggage both onto and off both ferries. The ferry was a little late, but we thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

Faouzi DFirst boat was OK, big and quite chilled, However second boat was very unpleasant trip - old and small seat with no AC (only few working fans) - staff however very usefull and friendly :)

Nadja OWe took the ferry from Phuket Harbour to Koh Lanta. Everything was very smooth, boarding started on time. The staff made sure that everybody had their life jacket on + they didn't overboard the boat.
