Rosario DBooked a sleeper bus with G8 Sapa Open Tour via 12Go, and overall, the experience was smooth from booking all the way to being dropped off at our hotel.
The hotline/contact person was responsive and helpful throughout the trip. The bus was comfortable enough for the price, and everything went as expected, although we left a little later than the scheduled departure time. The Wi-Fi was also either unstable or unavailable during the journey.
One thing I found a bit odd was that the contact person asked me to send a selfie. I found this unnecessary and a little strange, so I chose not to send one. It would be good if this could be clarified or avoided in the future, especially since it doesn't seem necessary for the booking or boarding process.
Other than that, the overall service was good and definitely worth what we paid for. I would consider booking with them again.

Selin SVery Bad organiation
I asked the man if we have a Transport to my hotel, i showed it.
He didn’t help me and say about my Transfer. So I have booked a Taxi and paid unnesecatrry for the Taxi…. And than I SAw people get help for there hotel Transfer by car… This is very rufe. Also the women were very without Respekt to us customers with soeakimg on the Deal… This Kind of behavier was Not okay … in the Busstation where we meet they were so bad speaking!!!

Kiya DFantastic experience. Our driver was really polite and an amazing driver! He was super safe. I usually get car sick and even on the windy roads I didn't because he was so smooth. He stopped for a break after a couple of hours too which is good for alertness.
The communication before the trip was also excellent, really appreciated the driver and car info including photo via WhatsApp.
Highly recommend this service!
