Lucas SOverall this was a good experience. We had booked a van, but ended up traveling in a minibus instead — which actually turned out to be more comfortable than expected, so no complaints there.
Departure was right on time, which we appreciated. However, we did arrive later than scheduled, as we had to wait for the ferry crossing. This wasn't really the operator's fault, just something to be aware of when planning your arrival time in Cat Ba.
Overall a smooth and comfortable journey.

Thomas They were full for the requested time so shifted us to an earlier bus. We did book last minute. The bus was older and larger than expected but seats were very comfy and the ride was smooth. Ferry was easy and they dropped us at our hotel even tho it wasn't on cat ba town.

Elliott AThe first bus smelt but was a decent. The second bus was alright but a bit dirty. The third transport was TERRIBLE. We were sent a 6 seater car to take 6 people (and luggage) but you forgot that the driver was the 7th person, so there was not enough room for all of us. The couple who was with us had to sit on their legs. It was lucky that one of the couples spoke English because the drivers were not helpful at all. We were not happy with your service or drivers at all.

Karen JWe were at time at Mike‘s Agency and the Bus driver arrived also 10 minutes early, and we thought, “great, we’re leaving now”. But that wasn’t really the case, because he brought us to another bus station and we had to get off the bus to wait for the right one, a coworker pointed us the bus and said “this is your bus” but another coworker said you have to wait first and then we were confused. Then I became a WhatsApp message from the company that it said that we had a large amount of luggage and we had to pay 200.000 VND, I sent a screenshot of the voucher where it said that every passenger was allowed two pieces luggage 20kg, and we had 4 luggage. We didn’t get an answer and we were able to board the bus, which had been there for 20 minutes. We had a bad experience with 12GO,

Tandy JThe first bus was run down and in some spots glued together. The 2nd bus was a lot nicer and both drivers were good. However we had booked a VIP limousine which in the pictures looked to be an extended van with only approx. 10 seats but what we recieved were two buses. Seems like false advertising.
