Alexander HI had a problem with the transfer van they sold me aboard. Even though they photographed my hotel detail and wrote it on the ticker. The driver they sent me with took me the wrong way compelty, and 1 hour detour, they passed me around 3 vans to get me back my proper beach house, and I lost a hat on one of their vehicle after switching to the other 2 vans... And they won't locate it.

Ahmad HSongserm operating out of Petcherat Marina in Bangrak offers a budget-conscious option for island transfers. Given the cheap prices, extra charges for overweight luggage are part of the deal, but completely expected for a budget carrier. The organization and customer service aren't the polished standard you might find elsewhere, though the check-in lady was lighthearted and funny, which made the process a bit more pleasant.
The vessel itself is a small, standard speedboat. The ride can get quite choppy, so anything longer than a 20-minute crossing could easily trigger motion sickness; luckily, the short journey time makes it manageable. On the plus side, the marina features a pleasant waiting area surrounded by a few cozy coffee shops to relax at before boarding. It gets the job done if you're looking for a quick, low-cost crossing

Robert KEasy check-in, smooth ride @11, my first travel, was affraid of the speed and tides, but did not feel it was a fast boat. Our travel was only 30min. Do not look for slow big boat, if you have faster catamaran near by, choose early hour trip if you are affraid of sea sickness as I was.
