William LTimings were fine on the journey, but it took a lot longer than I’d have liked to get the confirmation which nearly led to having to find an alternative. Also, most importantly, I should not be having to shout at the drivers to stop texting on their phones during the journey. One occasion nearly led to a serious accident and there were other times when I had to say something. We also picked someone up on one leg of the journey, so it definitely didn’t end up being a private shuttle, which is fine, but I’d expect some money back given how expensive it was.
