Stevie JCan't fault. The ferry company changed the departure port halfway through our journey. No problem to the driver, he turned around. No issue and took us to the new port.

Nana MAbsolute Best Transport Service in Lombok – Thank you to an Amazing Team!
If you are planning a trip to Lombok, booking with Sudin Transport is the best decision you can make. From start to finish, their service was completely flawless, professional, and incredibly reliable.
- Easiest Booking & Logistics: Coordinating the trip was a breeze. Communication via WhatsApp was instant, clear, and highly organized, taking all the stress out of planning.
- Shoutout to Our Fantastic Drivers: We had the pleasure of being driven by Mohammad, Heru, Shamsul, and Ades. Every single one of them was punctual, welcoming, and spoke excellent English. They were very safe, smooth navigators on the roads, and went above and beyond by sharing wonderful local insights and tips about the island.
- Immaculate Vehicles: The cars were modern, exceptionally clean, and featured powerful air conditioning, which made the drives around Lombok incredibly comfortable.
- Seamless Gili Island Transfers: We used their combo service to get to the Gili Islands. They perfectly synchronized our private car transfer with a private speedboat. We didn't have to wait around or deal with the chaotic public boat hassle—it was entirely seamless. Sudin Transport provides a personalized, premium experience at a great value. Thank you to Heru and Shamsul for making our trip unforgettable and the guys from the speedboat!
I cannot recommend them highly enough for airport pickups, custom day tours, or island transfers! Thank you Sudin Transport.

Stefan HGood communication, but 20 minutes delay for a 15 minutes trip. Overall no problem and would do it again.
