Mats LGreat flow. No delays. Good place to stretch legs and buy food in restaurants, Cafe Amazon, 7-11 etc. One meal of food, water and a small cake was included in the trip. Can definitely recommend Boonsiri.

Alexander KThe VIP bus was very comfortable (modern Scania bus) You have a lot of space, WiFi. You get water and snacks on the bus. Great!
The only negative thing was, that they arranged at the morning stop in Surat Thani a taxi on Ko Pha Ngan for us, which was triple price. Book it before you arrive on the Island or take one at the Pier in Ko Phangan

Guy SThe drive was very cramped, the toilet in both the bus and the ferry was terrible and very dirty, vip is very recommended. We got to the dock 2 hours early, took one ferry to koh tao, from there we had to get off the ferry and switch to another to koh phangan. There is a wait of an hour and a half between the two ferries which wasn't clear, also there was an additional delay of half an hour in koh tao which was just annoying. In general it is a difficult transport to the island but has to be done. At least everything moved smoothly enough and was easy to follow.

Alessandria My charging port was not working. The drivers speak poor english, it was very confusing when we had to get off the bus to go get our ferry tickets

Mario DThe airconditioning in the bus was too cold. You couldn't turn it of completely or sent it the other direction. I had to wear a shirt, a shirt with long sleeves and a sweater. There weren't any stops neither..they didn't inform us about any stops.
Also the point of departure was not clear, the cabdriver didn't knew where to drop me exactly. So I had to walk and search for 50 meters with all my lugage.
