Lara SVery friendly staff and the boat was is good condition. We even managed to get on one boat earlier than our ticket. The way to Nusa Penida took only 25min. Everything was as on time.

Andreas MWe hat to come 1 hour before, that is still to much for check in. And then we hat to wait further time (again more than 1 h) because the ferry came to late. The ferry back was delated (why???) and the next one will leave 4 hours later!!! What shall we do in this time with all bagage? We lost many lifetime because of this. The men there are friendly and engaged. That was positive.

Amy RWouldn’t recommend. Car never picked us up in the morning so we had to wait half an hour before ordering our own grab to make sure we didn’t miss the ferry. The ferry part was seamless, got our tickets and straight on the boat.
We never got any communication from our driver prior to 8.30am when he started asking where we were (even though he should’ve been there at 7am). The company were also uncontactable and didn’t help - we had to fix this all ourselves and ended up being late to a tour we had in nusa penida and didn’t even receive an apology
