Smooth Trip. Left Late, But Arrived on Time. The gentleman who checked tickets was very friendly, clean bus, comfortable seats, a/c worked. The man who handled the luggage promised me change, but never gave me any. I was overcharged for my luggage since I never got my change as promised. After the border, there was NO opportunity to use the bathroom for almost 3 hours.

Rude staff..bus not so bad. I took the first bus because of the border crossing and i recommend it. Around 1h waiting time which is not so bad for what I read. The way the driver and the other member of the staff treat people..like cattle, yelling,not helping with the border crossing at all. They might want to check your luggage (they checked the whole bus) so be prepared.Anyway the nice driver will let you know screaming in your face.

There was no information that we have to pay additional for luggage and the bus station. The point that seats are very close, so legs don’t fit. Bus station requires you to pay 2€ in cash so that you can pass to the bus. Driver requires you to pay 2€ in cash so you can put your luggage to baggage. The trip took 2 hours longer than expected. None of the above were written in the ticket, if i had no cash, i would have had to miss the trip.

Disappointed by all of the extra charges and lack of toilet. Very disappointed that after paying for a ticket we were charged for an extra platform ticket. Not sure what this is about. Then also charged extra for luggage. No working toilet the whole time. Estimated time of arrival 9:20 was nowhere near accurate, more like 11:15. A short journey seemed to take a very long time! I would not travel by bus again for this distance.

English review. Trip was good met some nice people on the coach. Just notice it takes longer to get through the border as from Montenegro to Croatia they check passports so add on 1-2 hours for checks on top of your normal time.

There was air conditioning. Driver and other worker smoked all the time inside bus. No toilet in bus or not let people go to toilet outside of bus. No one said it takes many more hours than that time in ticket.

БУДВА-БЕЛГРАД. Автобус комфортный и удобный, прибыл вовремя, сиденья мягкие. Радует наличие небольших урн в проходах для мелкого мусора. Рейс ночной, хотелось всю дорогу спать, но из-за того, что водитель не дал разрешения сесть в конец автобуса, а посадил в середину, мне приходилось просыпаться на каждой остановке из-за курящей женщины. это единственное, что омрачало поездку.

Terribly late. The bus arrived 2h late. It's not indicated that there is a luggage supplement for any luggage, even small. It's not indicated that after booking online, there is a check-in to do that includes another fee at the station. Drivers are rude at departure. Just one stop in a very long trip.

Not recommended if you have connections. The seats were ok. The toilet wasn't working on a 10 hour trip. Bus departed 1 hour late, a car crash delayed the trip 2 more hours, so we missed our connection bus. No WiFi or chargers.

Never again. Literally nothing. It was delayed for almost one hour and we had no information about what is going on. The drivers were rude and almost left us on the gas station. They spoke zero English and they weren't even willing to try to give us any piece of information on how long we are having a break, if we should fill some papers for border police or not, simply nothing. They also charged us for luggage. Another bazaar fact - even though we had the tickets for the bus, we had to pay extra to enter the platforms. Unlike the others, we didn't have a seat reservation, so we had to fight to sit together, even though we bought the tickets one month in advance. Why don't you sell the seats as well?? fast and furious ride, never ever again!

Not assigned seats can be a real issue when traveling overnight from Nis. Considering the circumstances and the fact that we couldn’t really talk to each other (the drivers didn’t speak any English and we couldn’t speak Serbian) they did their best to accommodate us and tried to help out. The bus arrived on time in Budva. The drivers were not familiar with the getbybus tickets. They didn’t understand whether we’d already paid or not and how come we didn’t get assigned seat numbers. We had to move around constantly as more people with reserved seats got on the bus. Some time after midnight the bus was packed and they had run out of seats for us, my partner had to sit on the steps. That was far from ideal, especially on an overnight trip.

Uncomfortable. The bus were so cold and we literally freeze in our seats. Bus doesnt take a break for our needs for a long time. Seats are very uncomfortable. And we stayed in the border gate about 3hours, it was 14 hour trip and it was awful for us.

Breaks for the bathroom and to eat-My friend and I bought our tickets online and the guy in the bus who checks for tickets didn’t believe that the printed tickets were real and made a problem out of it. He doesn’t even speak English with tourist and he was very unprofessional. - It was an overnight bus (with delays and I was about to miss another trip because of that) -seats not organized: we were short on places while some people would casually take 2 seats for themselves.

Bad service. I don’t know why I’m not allowed to bring my backpack on board and being forced to store it. I gave 2€ to the ticket officer and he didn’t give me the 1€ change. 1€ is nothing for me but I feel like they try to rob my money and this is annoying.

Dubrovnik Ulcinj. Jedan od vozača, stariji gospodin je bio dosta pričljiv, malo napadan ali ne baš i ljubazan. Malo se previše "zajebavao" i nije baš bilo pristojno kako se odnosio prema stranim turistima. Fali profesionalsti definitivno. Ali eto, usluga je služila svrsi. Stigli smo živi i zdravi kako se kaže.

Totale Enttäuschung. Wir sind am 20.07.2024 um 20.30 Uhr von Dubrovnik nach Ulcin gefahren. Der Fahrer hat uns in Budva aussteigen lassen, obwohl wir eine Fahrkarte nach Ulcin gekauft haben. Ich habe extra gefragt, ob wir in Ulcin angekommen sind. Er hat genickt. Als wir ausgestiegen sind und der Bus weg war, haben wir gemerkt, dass wir noch nicht in Ulcin angekommen sind. Das war wirklich eine Frechheit. Wir haben eine neue Fahrkarte gekauft und nach ca. 2 Stunden sind wir mit einem anderen Bus gefahren.

Long mais sympathique. Chauffeur et accompagnateur sympathiques, quelques mots d'anglais ont facilité les explications lorsqu'il fallait sortir 2 x aux douanes. Le retard d'une heure au départ (surement du aux embouteillages) + la route à faire, voyage relativement long.
