My experience. I liked how easy it was to book the tickets and how flexible the ticket was. The coach wasn't that comfortable, the first seat I tried was over one of the front wheels and the wheel arches and it intruded into my leg space so had to move, the seat I moved to wasn't that comfortable. I was happy that the journey wasn't longer that 40 mins.

Easy to find, comfortable and value for money. The bus was easy to find from the airport. Purchasing the ticket was easy to do online and just a quick scan onto the bus. Comfortable bus ride. It would've been useful to know which stops we were at as an international traveller I had to guess.

Dubrovnik to airport shuttle. Good ride, nice bus. 20 minutes late leaving the Dubrovnik bus station. If we had had a tight schedule we might have missed our flight.

Travel to airport’s. It was good value/ cheap. Covered multiple pick up points. That time on get by bus was different to the actual leaving time (which was on the company website) for me this wasn’t an issue but if someone was already cutting it close for there flight, I can imagine it would be stressful. The bus was overfilled so not everyone could get a seat.

Neprofesionalno. Vozac na svakoj stanici glasno komunicira s lokalnim mjestanima i vozi putnike kao krumpire. U busu nema ili nije upaljen klima uređaj, iako je vani bila temp. +36°C.

Horrible experience. I bought the ticket online one day earlier to be sure I had a seat on the chosen scheduled bus. In reality the issued ticket was for any day, any time, which didnt’ assure me to have the seat on the bus I wanted. The bus before my pick did not show up and only half of the waiting people at the platform was able to get on it. We were filled in it even standing, like chickens. Morever due to terrific traffic our ride lasted 2 hours instead of 40 mins. It is always busy that way, so the scheduled times should also include the traffic jam. Many people lost flights.

Dubrovnik Port to the city. Bus arrived at 9:15, it was very clean easy to use and got me to the airport in time for my 1125 flight.

Luggage problems. Everything was great except the baggage issues. It is very unusual that the luggage place door under the bus has to be opened by the passengers themselves. I don't know how common it is in Croatia, but I've never had to deal with it while traveling. In my understanding, all bus doors should be opened by the driver. Plus, it is very unsafe when anyone can open the baggage door - after all, it can also be a passerby/thief.

There was an issue because I had my flight delayed and had to take a later bus. But the whole time I wasn’t sure if I could use my original ticket for a later bus, or if I’d have to purchase a new ticket and take the loss on the original ticket. So I contacted customer support for GetByBus and they told me I could not change or refund my ticket and basically that I had to take the loss. This ended up not being the case and upon arrival I was able to use my old ticket for the later bus no problem. But in the meantime the information I got from customer support was not helpful at all and added more stress, so in the future I hope they give correct information to the customer, I don’t plan to use GetByBus again for this reason.

They are very punctual and very well organised as they will wait if flight delayed. Punctuality and flexibility in waiting if flight delayed to ensure they picked up all passengers boarding on the bus.

The driver didn’t speak or understand english. Everything but the driver. There was a minor issue reading my ticket, so the driver got a bit agitated. When he wanted to throw me off the bus, another traveler acted as our interpreter. The issue was that my display on the phone had too low light, so his device for scanning the ticket wasn’t able to read my ticket. When it was resolved he was a bit rude while gesturing me to enter the bus. Other than that, I have no complaint.

Airport Shuttle Ride. Very easy to book online and great value for money. Easy to locate the bus station or stop by the lower cable car station. Friendly bus driver. Easy to just sit back and relax enjoying fantastic views along the route to the airport. Drops you literally at the front door of the airport. Bus seats were a little tired with broken arm rests. Aircon on the bus wasn't the best.

The driver did not greet any of the passengers as they boarded and simply scanned the tickets. The scheduling was perfect for my needs and the bus was on time as advertised. The driver seemed unhappy to be doing his job. There were 2 women (1 elderly) who were left to load their own luggage with no offer assistance from the driver.

Everything ok. Clean bus. Well when I went to. Ok this bus with you guys your website came up with an error report and I thought the transaction didn’t work so I booked direct with platanus then later I checked my emails and your transaction did work and you issued tickets . I will not be using those tickets because I’m now in Greece then home to Australia . I will like a refund for those tickets please . Your website should not have an error alert then continue with the transaction . Kindly refund my money please , kind regards Brendan.
