Excellent transfer : good seats and service. We got a (thin) blanket and a bag of snacks. The blanket was appreciated since the AC was sometimes way too low for the night. The bus arrive 30 minutes earlier at the station, and more than 1 hour earlier at the end of the route. For a night travel, that is not ideal.

Total lack of communication from 12Go, minimal communication from the transportation company. Neither of our hotels were listed in the website. No legroom in the van on the front row. That said, the people working for the transportation company were very pleasant & attentive when communicating in person. Arrived in good time with one bathroom break.

Journey was straight forward and relatively smooth, unfortunately no water was supplied to drink while travelling, minivan transmission very harsh and noisy. Air Conditioning was not very efficient.

Driver arrived 10 min before the time at pick up and 20 min erließ at the drop of. He couldnt speak englisch but at the Pick up a gut from the company was with him to handl everythinf in good english. I can recommend this connection.

Experience was good. Driver was right on time. Because i traveled alone i got to sit in the front which was comfortable. I made an error with the pick up location, using their whatsapp service they changed the location. Very fast response also. Would recommend their service.

Not easy for tourists
I got charged for my backpack as an extra place. It was standing there, but I never had to before tbh.
But the worst was, that because no one was speaking English, and the bus stops sometimes, I missed my station… luckily I checked the map early enough and the bus stopped and ask a taxi driver. I think it‘s nice for locals but not easy for tourists because no one can really help or we don’t really understand…

Vriendelijke en behulpzame chauffeur. Wat ik wel jammer vindt aan de firma is dat ze vragen om 50min voor afspraak te wachten in de lobby van het hotel. Sommige zijn opgepikt rond 8u30 terwijl we eigenlijk om 8u vertrekken dus dat is bijna een uur en 20 min dat ze zouden moeten wachten hebben op het busje. Wij waren afgesproken aan pick-up point en moesten een half uur vroeger zijn terwijl 10 minuutjes meer dan genoeg zou geweest zijn.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, unkomplizierter und schneller englischsprachiger Kontakt via WhatsApp möglich. Wir kamen durch unseren vorherigen Bus 20 Minuten zu spät und sie haben mit viel Verständnis auf uns gewartet. Bei der Fahrt mit dem Minivan war nichts zu bemängeln, Toilettenpausen und eine souveräne Fahrweise haben unseren Transport perfekt gemacht.
