I was more than 30 min early and the driver didnt pick me up. I was told after over an hour later that he just went without me i dont know Why. They helped me than and i could go with an other van but i was really annoyed and late.

Not enough seats on the van for us. Tell us that another van is coming in 10 minutes, we had to wait 1h30. Also van is not comfortable at all, we were 4 where only 3 people could fit.

Our trip started about an our later, because they collected people from the airport first. The minivan was full, we didn't have much place. The driver drove very fast and the road is bumpy.
They are not accurate, so don't expect them to be in time, especially when you want to drive early morning to El Nido for your Island hopping tour. There were some people in the minivan who had a tour in El Nido and they arrive too late. (They offered a solution to them too) We were in 1 hour delay. It was not the best travel experience in my life but they brought us from A to B, and it was about 5 hours long...so no reason to complain.

We were told to be there for 12:30 the bus did not leave until 2pm as other passengers and the driver had ordered hot food, we were brought to an office in a separate vehicle to other passengers and put under pressure to buy tours in el nido, possible to distract us from the huge delay. Communication regarding delay very poor we were left sitting in van with no explanation as to why. The journey itself was okay, quite full van and several other passengers coughing without covering their mouths for the whole journey.

You will arrive at your destination for a cheap fee within several hours of whenever you think you would arrive. But be warned, things do not work here as you think they would, if you come from abroad.
The bus left nearly 3 hours after the 6:30 nominal time of departure from Puerto Princesa. I was meant to arrive at 11pm but arrived at 2:30am. Thank god I could check in still. What they do is, if the minivan isn't full, they just wait around for more flights to arrive to make the service more viable. I was told we were waiting for one passenger, the plane was delayed and was arriving at 18:45. This was regrettably bullshit. Id advise leaving a huge margin of safety into any plans.

The lady who was waiting for us at the airport was very friendly and helpful. Also very nice that they thought about breakfast. Cause we left really early 5 a.m. and we didn’t had a chance to have breakfast.

The driver and his assistant made 5 stops. We had no idea why, but everyone in the van became restless. It probably would’ve taken less than 6 hours had they not stopped so many times.

Call the day before!!!
We got to the pick up point at 4.30 am. No one turned up so called the hot line and they had not been informed of my booking despite booking it weeks in advance. Luckily they had space last minute, they only had 2 seats which were cramped in the back with no leg room which was very uncomfortable to say the least but we made it safely and in good time.
Remember to call the day before to make sure they have you on their list!! Not ideal at 4.30 in the morning.

Trajet en bateau annulé sans le savoir
On ne nous l’annonce qu’une fois arrivés devant la compagnie à 5h du matin en nous disant que nous sommes transférés sur un autre bateau qui part avec 1h de différence (nous avons un vol de prévu le soir donc bien sûr que nous ne sommes pas ravis)
Sauf qu’une connexion est aussi prévue entre les deux et qu’elle se fera donc avec 1h de retard elle aussi, le monsieur de l’agence me dit « vous pouvez le faire » mais il n’en sait visiblement rien du tout, personne n’est informé là-bas de notre futur retard pour prendre le van
Le bateau ne dure absolument pas 3h à 3h30 c’est un mensonge mais plutôt 5h à 5h30 donc attention…
Heureusement le chauffeur du van nous a attendus ce qui a sûrement dû agacer les autres voyageurs (normal) et il a roulé très vite donc nous sommes tout de même arrivés à temps d’où ma note mitigée

Très bon service dans l'ensemble, parti en avance de quelques dizaines de minutes (puisque le van était plein), conduite un peu sportive comme le veut les Philippines quoi que très raisonnable pour autant !
Je recommande et reprendrai probablement

la separación de ticket ok , la confirmación fue rápida, pero el día del viaje no los encontré en el terminal, llame al número indicado en uno de los correos y no estaba activo. tuve que ir con otro carro privado que me contó super caro para no perder mi vuelo
