La duración del viaje según la reserva eran 6 horas y tardo 8 horas. A parte de las paradas lógicas para descansar paramos muchas veces alguna de ellas para que el conductor fumara. Algo de retraso es comprensible pero 2 horas no es admisible

El personal de la terminal y del autobús fue muy amable y servicial. El autobús era un poco viejo pero estaba limpio y tenía suficiente espacio para las piernas. El autobús para en algunas estaciones más grandes donde se pueden usar los baños o comprar algo para picar. Se incluye una botella de agua y un tentempié dulce. Llegamos 45' más tarde de lo previsto debido al tráfico. En general bien por el precio

Driver was an hour early (worked for me) and had a wonderful vehicle which they had stocked with water, pillows, a blanket and a charging point and showed me how to work the air-conditioning in the back. We stopped twice for bathroom breaks and one more for fuel and despite road works and a thunderstorm we arrived at a reasonable time at my destination. Driver insisted on carrying my luggage into the hotel for me. Very grateful!

Confortable bus, departed almost on time The meal was delicious However, there was only one stop for bathroom 45min after departure and then no stop for 5 hours which is not convenient

We were around 1 hour late but it's still OK for such a long ride. I think there was someone construction on the road. The bus was comfortable and we got aome snacks. We even got food voucher but the staff took it (maxbe like a payment for the snacks). During our other ride we could use that for free lunch during stop.
