We arrived to get the transport but could not find it. Eventually, the company told us we had been booked on a van at a time that did not exist! They kindly put us on the one 2 hours later. The trip was ok. The driver was a little heavy on the horn, speed and brakes! He also texted and looked at his phone throughout which probable explained why he needed to slam on the brakes. However, we did arrive in one piece.

The car was a small transporter about the size of a VW bus. A bit older and relatively dirty inside. What completely annoyed me was an uninterrupted warning beeping every second during the entire trip. For 4 1/2 hours.

The booking process and ticketing were exactly as they should be. The journey itself was more challenging: the minibus was small, the air conditioning was not powerful enough and the driver was too fast and took too many risks.

Good efficient service, did stop twice for breaks including one for the drivers dinner with only 1 hour to go which was not even dinner time, so was 90 minutes late

The Vehicle condition is good, I saw inside the vehicle has security cameras and speed limitations. The driver has the uniform and ethics. The Operator was warmly welcome, hospitality, and helpful to deliver all information I needed. They’re have communicated me until the end of my trip. The better bus operator in Cambodia I ever used for Laos destination.

The van was comfortable and air conditioned. Big seats with decent leg room. Space for bags in the back of the van so we did not have to have them in our laps like with other companies. Very enjoyable ride.
