Podrían mejorar las paradas, la primera para de la van no había nada para comprar, ni un 7/11, paramos para fumar…. Increíble, y la segunda para comer solo un restaurante que será conocido del de la van, y.nada mas, y hay que esperar sin saber quién nos va a recoger….

Hicimos este viaje desde las islas Phi Phi hasta Bangkok. Primero cogimos un ferry a tierra firme que era muy estrecho. Mis rodillas tocaban el asiento de delante, y no soy un hombre corpulento. En el embarcadero de Krabi, tuvimos que preguntar por nuestra cuenta para encontrar el siguiente vehículo, que no era un autobús sino una furgoneta que nos llevó a un lugar cercano. Allí, buscamos durante otros 15 minutos otra furgoneta que nos llevó a Surat Thani. En Surat Thani, nos detuvimos en una tienda abierta en la esquina de dos calles donde nos dijeron que esperáramos 20 minutos. 20 se convirtieron en 40 hasta que llegó un autobús de fiesta que nos llevó a Bangkok. El autobús no era muy cómodo, con una plataforma donde se apoyaban las sillas. Esta plataforma no se extendía completamente bajo la silla del asiento del pasillo, lo que significaba que no podías apoyar los pies cómodamente en el suelo. A las 12.00 paramos durante 40 minutos en un pequeño lugar junto a la carretera. Finalmente llegamos a Bangkok una hora después de lo previsto. La comida y el agua no estaban incluidos en el viaje. Recomendaria reservar con otra compania si quieres mas comodidad. Pero llegamos de A a B.

We took this trip from the Phi Phi islands to Bangkok. First we took a ferry to the mainland which was very cramped. My knees touched the seat in front of me, and I am not a large man. At the pier in Krabi, we had to ask around ourselves to find the next vehicle, which was not a bus but a van that took us to somewhere nearby. There, we wanten for another 15 minutes for another van that took us to Surat Thani. In Surat Thani, we stopped at an open shop at the corner of two streets where we were told to wait 20 minutes. 20 became 40 until a party bus arrived to take us to Bangkok. The bus was not very comfortable, with a platform where the chairs stond on. This platform didn't extend fully under the chair in the aisle seat, meaning you could not comfortably set your feet on the ground. At 12.00 we stopped for 40 minutes at some small place by the road. Finally we arrived at Bangkok about an hoor after schedule. Food and water was not included in the trip. I would recommend booking with another company if you want some more comfort. We did get from A to B though.

La recogida estaba lista y esperándonos. Pero llevarnos al autobús grande tomó mucho tiempo, porque querían recoger a algunas otras personas y tuvimos que esperar 1h hasta que todo lo que se gestiona.

Phi Phi to Bangkok. Pretty uncomfortable journey (particularly the night bus) and a little confusing at times as the 12Go Asia ticket doesn't give you a route breakdown, but the staff were helpful and made sure we all got the right buses/vans/ferries etc. We arrived on time and stopped for a decent break/food in the night so can't complain too much, but it isn't comfy so be aware of that!
