El punto de recogida fue en una gasolinera, sin ningún tipo de información. Además, me recogió un señor para llevarme a Hoi An, que es donde realmente se tomaba el bus hacia Da Nang. Esta información no se facilitó en ningún momento, pero considero que sería importante incluir este detalle en el momento de la compra del billete. En cambio, el bus hacia Dalat fue perfecto.

It was pretty okay. I'm 5'2 so the sleeper cabin was perfect for me. Won't be comfy for people above 5'5 for sure. The drive was fun, had one stop to relieve myself, a bit of honking in the day near the cities/towns but nothing to fuss about and I was in the cabin closest to the driver so that's that.

My trip was from Da Nang to Da Lat. The bus arrived 1.5 hours late, and the delay was not due to traffic, as the company claimed, but because there were not enough passengers booked for my scheduled departure. Communication was acceptable, but unfortunately, the company does not deliver the service it advertises online.

Bus was 2.5hrs late to depart. Driver used horn nonstop for 15hrs and was yelling all night. Impossible to sleep. Toilet was locked too.

Booked at bus- 6pm to 7am. They contacted me saying that bus is full, changed me to 5:30pm bus. Then at 4:30pm pn that day they called me multiple times saying I need to be there by 5pm to check-in and that was a blatant lie, I rushed to the bus station and we left the bus at 5pm and not 5:30pm, like it's their wish at that point. And reached one hour later that what I booked even though I took a bus that left one hour early.

The bus ride was okay. Although it didn't start from the location or at the time mentioned. They managed to pick me up from the boarding point mentioned in the ticket to the bus location. Bust started after an hour. The bus had minor problems but they managed to reach the location on time. The bus cubicle is not a comfortable one for longer hours and the ride was bumpy. Although I didnt like the office staffs attitude at Hoi An, The bus drivers where really helpful and helpful.

-The clerk at the office in Hoi An was super rude and unhelpful, she disnt give the shirt tag to everyone in the bus. -we had to walk under the rain with our luggage to go to the bus that disnt want to pick up the travelers directly at the office -one or two locals smoked in the bus
