Tardamos seis horas y media, cuando te la venden por tres horas. Sin parar para nada salvo para pasa. Tardanza, retraso, cobro de maletas. Me sentí timado.

Scenery. The driver smoked and texted the entire journey. As did the ticket collector.

Time on tickets very wrong. Bus was comfortable thankfully as was on there 2 hours longer than should have been. Bus was meant to be a direct from Budva to Dubrovnik according to my ticket. We were meant to arrive in Dubrovnik at 5:30. We then ended up going to Kotor to pick more people up even though it was meant to be direct and then with delays at the border arrived 2 hours late at 7:30pm which meant I missed my next part of the journey. not ideal.

Very little I liked. Probably that I managed to get a seat. That was all. There's several things I'm not happy about. First is the schedule. This trip from Budva to Dubrovnik was meant to be 3hr. It took 6hr. I know there's two borders and it takes time but we were not stuck 3 extra hours in the border control. This second complaint is in general for bus drivers. It's a scam, charging passengers 10e to get off at the dubrovnik airport. This bus literally passed in front of the airport. There's no need to detour or drive extra miles. Three girls didn't have 30e to pay him and he told them to go back to their seats while the passengers who paid got off. This adds to the fact you have to pay extra for luggage and extra at the bus station tax.

14:00 to 17:00 was 15:15-22:30 in reality. 3 hour ride took over 7 hours. Caused alot issues in the arrival end.

No words…. My bus was suppose to be at 2PM and arrived at 5PM at Dubrovnik. I had a flight at 8:20PM so I was very secure with the timing. Expect that the bus was almost 2h late ! At 7:10PM we were still at the border and I dont even know I long it was, I had to finish the travel by walk to have the chance to have my flight. Unbeliveble !!! It a shame to wrote wrong hours of travelling.

The ride was supposed to be 3hrs but it ended up being 7hrs instead. The bus at least had aircon. The lack of functioning seatbelts on the bus a massive safety concern. The lack of toilets which was awful considering the 7hrs bus ride. An unprofessional staff which was rude to memebers of the bus.

Nice trip, but think better in high season. The trip started on time. The bus was clean and it was comfortable. A remember, it's necessary to pay € 2,00 per luggage. The trip took way more time than the predicted. It wasn't the bus company foul, but it's important to keep in mind that in high season the montenegrian traffic is huge. Once again, not the bus company foul, but take it in consideration when booking a bus ride in august.

Good morning. I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I experience. Good morning. I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I experienced at the Budva bus station. My bus was scheduled to depart at 7:30, and I arrived at the station at 7:00 with my ticket already purchased online. However, I was denied access to the platform because I did not have a printed copy of the ticket. I was forced to print it at the counter for an additional fee of €3. This charge is unreasonable and unjustified for a single sheet of paper, especially when a digital ticket should be perfectly valid. The situation caused me significant stress. I was asked to send my ticket to the station’s email six times, yet staff insisted they never received it (or that it went to spam). With only minutes left before departure, I was still refused entry despite holding a valid, paid ticket. Only because the bus was delayed was I able to board in the end. Furthermore, I was charged an extra €2 for my luggage. When I attempted to pay, I was told there was no cha. Good morning.
