El conductor nos llevó de a a b, por lo que le doy tres estrellas, pero el viaje no fue muy agradable. Llegamos con tres horas de retraso ya que el conductor del autobús no paraba de dar rodeos para recoger/dejar paquetes y a otras personas, e incluso conducía por carreteras por las que ya habíamos conducido una hora antes. Pero tuvimos suerte, ya que teníamos nuestros propios asientos; cuando subió una pareja francesa, sólo quedaba un asiento libre, así que tuvieron que sentarse uno encima del otro durante tres horas. Y a otro pasajero le robaron el espacio para los pies para hacer sitio a un paquete... En resumen, cumplió con su cometido de llevarnos a donde teníamos que ir, pero no lo recomendaría.

The driver got us from a to b, which is why I am giving three stars, but the journey was not very enjoyable. We arrived with a three hour delay as the bus driver kept taking detours to pick up /drop off parcels and other people, and even driving down roads we had already driven down an hour previous. But we were lucky as we had our own seats, when a French couple got in there was only one seat left so they had to sit on top of one another for three (!) hours.. And another passenger was robbed of his foot space to make room for a parcel.. So all in all it did the job of getting is where we had to go, but I wouldn't recommend.

El conductor nos puso (a 2 europeos grandes) en los 2 asientos más pequeños de la parte trasera del autobús y no fue nada amable. También nos dijo que teníamos que dejar el autobús en un lugar al azar en Hat Yai, definitivamente no en el lugar donde se suponía que nos dejarían... Lo que fue muy, muy inconveniente, ya que reservamos otro autobús el mismo día en el lugar donde se suponía que nos dejarían, así que tuvimos que conseguir un taxi muy rápido, etc. Además, llegamos más de 1 hora tarde a Hat Yai.

Driver putted us (2 big Europeans) on the 2 smallest seats in the back of the bus and was absolutely not friendly. He also said that we had to leave the bus at some random place in Hat Yai, definitely not the place we were supposed to be dropped of... Which was very very inconvenient as we booked another bus the same day on the place we were supposed to be dropped of, so we had to arrange a taxi very fast etc. In addition, we arrived over 1 hour late in Hat Yai.

The trip was okay, nothing more. The driver was horrible — one of the least friendly people I’ve ever had the chance to meet in my life. That didn’t help. The only good news is that we arrived on time.

The transfer was smooth , however times were different to that indicated , so I missed my transfer to the train , however was able to find an alternative

As a Malaysian who used this service, I must say I'm impressed. I had a car pick me up from the hotel at the mentioned time. They arrived on time, picked me up from the hotel, and took me to the bus terminal. The minibus was fairly comfortable. Break time was a bit longer than expected. Took us about 4 1/2 hours to reach Hat Yai.

The Ao Nang to HatYai, we were picked up on time but the driving skills makes us dizzy,plus different smell of different passenger, then while in the middle of our ride, was ask to move or change bus. the ETA says 430pm in HatYai but it is already 6pm so we were late from our next trip.

We were picked up from our hotel right on time and taken to the Krabi bus terminal to catch our bus. The ride was comfortable, with enough space for our backpacks, and we arrived at the Hat Yai bus station right on schedule. Everything went very smoothly.

They are excellent and consistent and company! Rapid help rapid response! I made a personal mistake when booking the ticket and i messaged the company, they resolved my issue within minutes! Very consistent customer service as well very safe drivers always aware of the surroundings and eyes on the road, lovely people!

On the website 12go, the trip was supposed to start at 0600, but the minivan didn’t arrive until 0630. We didn’t have any mobile network so we were struggling to contact the company, and neither the company or 12go replied on WhatsApp.
