- A diferencia de los viajes en avión o en tren, cuando se viaja en autobús no es necesario llegar a la estación con mucha anticipación. El check-in, incluso para las rutas internacionales, no toma mucho tiempo. Los límites de equipaje suelen ser bastante convenientes para el viajero, y la tarifa por equipaje extra, si hay límites establecidos, generalmente no es muy alta.
- Los billetes de autobús casi siempre son más económicos que los de avión o tren rápido. Los diferentes tipos de autobús se adaptan a todos los bolsillos. Los autobuses estándar, que son más baratos, pueden ser un poco lentos y no brindar el máximo confort, pero en todo caso son aceptables y te llevarán a tu destino. Llegar a una terminal de este tipo puede ser problemático, ya que en algunas terminales hay restricciones en cuanto a los tipos vehículos que pueden entrar, y hay que utilizar transportistas especiales para llegar allí. Después de haber leído las opiniones sobre esta empresa en Google Maps, estaba hasta asustada. Aunque no conseguí contactarles por teléfono y no había nadie en la oficina un par de horas antes del viaje, al final el viaje fue normal: salimos a la hora prevista, el autobús era viejecito pero cumplía, llegamos un par de horas antes a destino… Todo correcto.

O ônibus saiu com quase duas horas de atraso, o local de colocar as malas estava cheio de motocicleta 🏍️, não tendo espaço para as malas. Nas paradas eles jogam as malas no chão, na terra mesmo para retirar as motos, achei isso uma extrema falta de cuidado. A passagem que eu comprei era para ir direito e teve troca de ônibus. Eles (pessoal do ônibus) ficam conversando do alto entre eles, como fiquei na frente só conseguia dormir pela conversa deles

A pesar de ser el tercer el tercer autobús cama que cogíamos, tuvimos una experiencia bastante mala. Las camas estaban deshechas cuando llegamos, íbamos bastante incómodas, no pararon más que una vez al baño a pesar de que se lo pedimos varias veces, parándonos finalmente en una cuneta donde, el autobús supuestamente se estropeó y nos bajaron en medio de la nada (solamente a nosotras tres), teniendo que esperar a otro vehículo que nos recogiera para terminar el recorrido y tratando 3h más de lo previsto.... Fue todo un desastre.

El bus salía a las 22.00 pm, y a las 21:00 pm me llama una chica y me comenta que el bus sale ya, que si no voy pierdo el bus. Nadie me avisó con antelación del cambio de horario, ya que el bus de las 22.00 pm habría sufrido un accidente y me cambiaban a otro bus.

Los conductores muy agresivos, empujaron a una amiga porque no encontraba el asiento, yo le dije que se relajara y el tipo me miro horrible, llegué a pensar en que me podia agredir. Desde el principio fueron muy groseros, cuando estaba en la oficina entro uno de estos tipos y me hizo moverme de mi asiento para sentarse él, siendo que todos los demas estaba desocupados, horrible actitudes de estos tipos, no volvería a viajar con ellos

El autobús estaba tal y como se anuncia , limpio , nuevo y cómodo .
Lo del punto de encuentro y las coordenadas no funciona bien , esperando en aeropuerto salidas , luego era en llegadas luego en otro punto …etc finalmente te recoge una furgoneta y te lleva a otro punto de recogida a 3 km , todo nuevo y extraño al principio , lo ideal sería que te avisaran cómo funciona , nadie habla inglés .
La recogida fue de una hora y media de retraso.
El chofer se para para descansar y podamos ir al aseo , comprar ..etc pero con el miedo de no entender el tiempo de la parada
Pero la verdad es que el autobús está bien , no es que se pueda descansar del todo por estado de carreteras pero para ir a algunos sitios es la única alternativa.

My 1st experienced to Sapa by Sleeper Bus was great. Pick up at airport and depart on time.Staff at office also helpful.The driver also drive carefully. Though driver only speak Vietnam and left us blank during stop over , but it is still ok.
TV no signal but i dont watch tv as it will make me sick.
I read some review by others with bad experience ..but hey..u will never know..u might be lucky . 🥰

We got a pdf file via email with coordinates to pick us up. We waited 2,5h overtime but the bus do not stay there. We had to communicate via WhatsApp, but this person needs to much time for answering and we thought we will miss our bus. At least the office send us a taxi (they only write they will send us a car) and we got the bus which was a ready on the way to sapa.
This was a really bad experience but not every night bus is like this. You should book the bus over hostel.

Pick up and drop off times were COMPLETELY wrong from Ha Giang to Halong Bay. Pick up was one and a half hour later. Drop off was supposed to be at 23:30 but we arrived at 4:00AM.

Then the VIP luxury bus was super. Very clean, large seats/ bed.

Seats are comfortable and had usb charging ports and the driver gave us bottled water and soft blankets. However, the bus stopped so many times over the trip to pick up and drop off locals and so, was over capacity by about 10 people and babies lying on the floor in the aisle. Still a great cheap option to get from A to B but dont expect VIP :)

Compramos passagem com destino ao aeroporto de Hanoi e simplesmente a companhia não nos levou ao aeroporto. Quando vimos que seguiamos para Hanoi avisamos ao motorista que parou em na estrada para esperar um ônibus que nos pudesse levar ao aeroporto. Tivemos que atravessar uma estrada movimentada, carregando malas, para esperar outro ônibus que vinha em sentido contrário.

We were super apprehensive about booking because of the reviews but it was actually decent- seats were narrow but if you put your luggage in the compartment below you’ll be fine. Our bus had Wifi and we stopped 3x for toilet/ food breaks (remember to take change with you as they charge for entry at the toilets)

We booked the VIP20 bus which was super comfortable and had a toilet & WiFi.
You can adjust the seats automatic but the first 5 hours, that didn’t work.
At one point we were transferred to another bus, which was not a VIP bus. The bus wasn’t even cleaned up, used blankets everywhere, really cold and not comfortable at all.
We had to wait almost 2 hours until this bus finally left.

Everything was great. The bus, the schedule everything was as said, even web arrived a bit earlier than planned. The only to improve IS the information about the pick Up point. You are just informmed that the meeting point is Noi Bai Domestic Airport, nothing else ando only 50 minutes before departure i received a WhatsApp with a picture off where i would be to get on the bus. It wasnt enough information, fortunately some people in the airport help me Up with this and could be there on time

The toilet was dirty and smelly. We were seated close to the toilet and it was an awful trip, every time someone would open the toilet door there would be an horrible smell for a lot of time. We took the same company to get to Sa Pa and was ok, but to go back to Hanoi the bus was older and there wasn’t WiFi. Plus they drive like crazy, it’s really hard to sleep

Left 45min late from Sapa. I booked with Sapa ethnic travel but it was operated by SaoViet. The bus was comfy (VIP cabin) but broke down on the highway about 1h before reaching Hanoi. The crew didn’t speak English and couldn’t update us on what was happening. Got pieces of info here and there but not much. After 45min another bus picked us up and we had to share cabins as that bus was already occupied. Eventually arrived at Hanoi 2.5h late. I asked for a financial compensation but so far no feedback.

Average experience, everything was okay nothing seriously negative. Sleeping cabin was clean and comfortable with AC, lights and USB power ports. Although the driver was late but that was not controllable by the driver as it was severe traffic approaching SAPA and had also made 4 drop offs and pick ups for other customers along the way.

Der Pickup Standort war unterschiedlich angegeben. Laut Plan im Ticket im internationalen Flughafen. Laut Beschreibung im nationalen Flughafen und schlussendlich war der Pickup point, mündlich mitgeteilt, dann auf einer anderen Ebene.

The driver was driving very fast and honking constantly. This made the ride very uncomfortable. Despite having bought a ticket to Ha Giang center, we were dropped off at the bus stop 2-3 km south of the center. As a result, we still had to pay for a cab to Ha Giang. The excuse was that the police did not allow driving into town. However, we saw other tour buses entering the city without any problems. Rather, the bus operator seemed to us to cooperate with the cab drivers. Moreover, the driver was not polite, let alone helpful. We avoid Sapa Ethnic and Ket Doan Travel from now on and resolutely choose another operator such as Daiichi Group who put the comfort of travelers first.

The driver was not very good, he made sudden movements continuously and honked his horn every minute. This didn't let us rest too well.
The USB not woks.
On the other hand, the bus left on time (it even waited at the exact time for us) and we arrived 45 minutes earlier than expected in Hanoi.

They dont tell you what is going on. Lot of stops for the driver to smoke. The laying chair was broken. When trying to charge my phone, smoke came out. Halfway the bus broke down. They didnt tell anything what was going on.

We went from Hanoi airport to Sapa. We got picked up by a smaller bus at the airport and taken to an office of Sao Viet, where we got picked up by this bigger sleeper bus. For the small transfer bus everything was fine, nice driver and clear communication on WhatsApp where we get picked up. One member of staff on the big bus however, an older guy, was extremely unfriendly for no reason from start to finish and not only to me. He also happened to be the only member of staff who communicated with us. Staff also doesn’t speak English so when the bus stops for a break you have no idea how much time you have - when I went out during a break the unfriendly guy just screamed at me and showed on his wrist to indicate to hurry up. I also followed where we are on Google Maps and stayed awake the whole time to ensure I get out in Sapa because I didn’t trust the stuff that I’ll be taken care of so I couldn’t really relax. Anyway the company doing the ride was actually Sao Viet, so Ethnic might be a middle man having a cooperation with them. The bus was otherwise comfortable. We did one break. Due to the extreme and I do mean extreme unfriendliness of staff (one guy to be precise but the one you deal with) and the fact nobody speaks a word of English (not sure how it is at other bus companies), I would absolutely not recommend this tour. For my way back from Sapa, I booked a different provider.
