they refused me boarding, in particular an unpleasant fat man in particular with tattoos who thinks he is more than he will ever be.supposedly because online reservations must be made 24 hours in advance but tickets on 12 go asia are available since I have reservations, scam !!! and respect for customers close to the ground

Was very easy to get ticket. On arrival they scan your ticket give you a boarding ticket . They take the loggage and you can wait at a coffe shop. After you walk with the whole group to the boarding building. Small seat only thing the fan on the ferry where not working .

There are some bad reviews, but for me everything went very smooth. I first got to their main office to exchange my 12GO ticket into a real one (YOU NEED TO DO THIS!!), then 5 min of walking to the harbour house, wait until the indicated time and got on the boat easily. Trip took about 45 min and everything went smoothly. There is no AC on the boat, but there are fans so just pick your places wisely ;)
