The bus arrived 10 minutes late and it was super cramped because of everyone's luggage. The driver was an excellent navigator he made sure that we all arrived to our destinations. I booked an airbnb which was difficult to translate but just ask your host to type it in Thai and everything should be alright. There is also a disclaimer in the voucher that says that they are not responsible for tardiness, so plan ahead when booking because it's true they cannot account for traffic conditions etc.

We were the last in the van, so we got the back seats. Very little legroom. You can't sit up straight because it's so small, I'm 1m64 and my knees wouldn't fit. The front seats have much more space. The driver wasn't very nice at first, but in the end it got better. Departure almost on time, arrival late, but no big deal.

We were the first people picked up and the last to be dropped off, is advertised as a 2hr journey but ended up 4hrs. Spent an hour picking people up in Krabi to begin with before even attempting to drive to Koh Lanta.
