Great to be able to book online and everthing worked perfectly concerning booking, speedboat and hotel transfer. However there was not provided any life jackets for children and the staff just laughed when I asked them to get us some for my two children. That's not ok!

Online reservation all worked out. Our boat to get to the island was delayed 30 minutes but to leave the island it was actually early. The only thing is that it wasn’t exactly as described (no TV, snacks, or air conditioning). If the boat is at max capacity, it does feel quite tight. We had a short 30 minute ride so it was fine but I can imagine it being less comfortable for a long ride.
