Tour operator was communicative throughout, and let me know there would be a delay (15 mins, which was understandable as visible traffic). The only thing that prevented this from being a comfortable journey was that the gentleman in front of me had his seat reclined so far back, there was barely any room for my legs. Had to sit sideways with legs up. As was sitting in the back row, no option to recline for more space. Left feeling a little cramped during the two hour journey. While this is not the operators fault, there should be some rule in place if the bus is at capacity to ensure comfort for all passengers.

We arrived 40 minutes late for a 2 hours trip. Driver left the car for 20 minutes without any explanation and then left us at the airport

The bus reeked of cigarettes and body odour. There was leftover garbage from previous guests in the seats, and none of the massage chair functions worked. The only saving grace was that the driver got us to our return destination ahead of schedule. It’s too bad it was so unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Driver was a bit late for pick up and we arrived 30min late. Driver was driving like crazy but I guess most drivers do in Vietnam. We had 1 bathroom stop which was nice, Car was comfortable and communication on WhatsApp about pick up time was excellent. We got to be dropped off at our hotel which was nice.

Joar, booked a trip from Hue to Danang in the morning. The tour was due to start at 11am. On Whatapp I was told that there was a problem and the tour wouldn't start until 2pm ... Not so cool. But otherwise the trip was good.

The operator immediately informed me of my reservation error, which made me feel at ease. We would also like to thank you for contacting us regarding the refund. But The driver was very scary. He was speeding too much, honking his horn and passing other cars one after another to the right and then to the left. We said we were scared, but our words could not be understood, so we braced ourselves for an accident.
