The pick up point was unclear and we couldn’t find the vehicle at first. Only by chance we were at the right spot when the car arrived. We had to be at the pick up at 7, but we only left Hanoi at 8.30, before people were picked up right next to our hostel. We didn’t have a boat booked for the bay so the driver dropped us right in front of the booking office to buy an overpriced tour instead of the official price at the harbour.

A driver would randomly stop the bus to buy himself a sandwich. Driving while eating and scrolling facebook at the same time. The Limo didn't look like the pictures. It had gum stuck to the seat, and garbage in the pockets of the seats. Beware of the insurance they add to your price by selecting the insurance coverage by default and you have to change it.

We had in total 1 1/2 hours delay. At first we need to wait for an hour at the office to wait for the taxi. Then the taxi got us a bit outside of Hanoi where we need to wait another half an hour to wait for the limousine. All in all of the Limousine was fine, but the waiting was annoying. Nevertheless, the driver drop us off directly at the house though so we didn’t need to get a Grab
