We caught the train Colombo to Galle and enjoyed it so much we then did Galle to Colombo! Buying ticket and collecting the physical ticket at station was easy. Train station staff were more than helpful to ensure we knew where to go. The train was comfortable and the ac was delightful. Loved it 10/10
