Butterworth Penang to Ipoh Destination Reviews

K
Delayed leaving and arriving in Ipoh but summer holidays so was to be expected! Good communication from the driver about my stop and checking where I needed to get off. Seats very cramped though - especially if you're unlucky and the person in front fully reclines!

Clean bus, safe drive, comfort seat, usb port and AC not too cold :) The only thing annoying is that people speak loud on the phone during all the time as if nobody was around ! It should be prohibed.

We had to sit backwards as when booking the seat it didn’t inform us it was going to be backwards.

Bus was delayed 2 hours, bus driver was smoking whilst driving so all I could smell was smoke, bus driver wouldn’t let me drink any water during the trip and told me where I had to put my legs- I am very tall and have long legs, the leg room wasn’t sufficient enough so I had to have my legs slightly to the side. Felt very uncomfortable throughout the whole journey.
