Excellent service and care.

Excellent journey. Yangon bus station a bit chaotic but everyone very helpful in finding bus offices. We arrived early and were able to get an earlier bus & upgrade to VIP bus

The bus was VERY comfortable. In fact, we were actually really surprised as to how comfortable it was: the seats reclined all the way back to an almost lying-down positions, screens with movies, radio and games, water, snacks. Even more comfortable than the plane we were on on our way to Myanmar. HOWEVER: the noise was CONSTANT. I think Burmese people are used to city noise so silence is a luxury they might not be able to afford, so they don't see the harm in being noisy. A family with a child behind us were playing YouTube videos for hours with their speaker on right behind us, the driver had his radio on so loudly for the whole 11-hour night ride, yet he was talking with the hostess even louder during the ENTIRE ride. Let me tell you one thing: we did not get ANY sleep. The reason we booked a night ride was that we had a lot to do in the morning / the next day and wanted to take any opportunity we could to sleep. Well, we didn't. So despite the luxury and the comfort of the vehicle, we were really disappointed in our experience.

It was very hard to find a right bus operator. The bus station expanded for several streets. The bus was very comfortable. Water, blanket was included. Two stops with the toilet. Inside the bus was very cold and a/c was working all the way.

They came to pick me up to my hotel for free. (You need to call them for pick up, though). Very comfortable seat, with thick blanket. They offerred nice hot coffee before departure, and nice cold towel and toothbrush, etc. for 30-minute break. Everyone needs to get off the bus for the 30-minutes break for security reasons (as the driver locks the door).

Very comfortable overnight bus. Lovely staff. Only thing I would have liked was a reading light.

nice, big chairs (which you can adjust according to your needs), during trip we got water, fanta, some snacks, can watch movies and listen to the music. The only small minus was very weak english of the stuff but honestly speaking- not necessery part.

Everything went smoothly and quick. We told the driver the adress of our hotel and je took us there so it was really good - save us money:)

Easy booking experience but the final location wasn’t correct. Would be better if they showed a map of where you get dropped off

12Go is really helping with the ticket, though this time kinda' late in processing, and it will be great if you guys ask me about the seat before booking it ???? As for the bus, everything is ok, but the leg space is quite close and it's really tiring for the leg, especially for 5-6 hours ride ????

The “vip lounge” is a total mess... but the trip was fine, no complains, except - as usual -polar cold in the bus, bring clothes

The ride was nearly perfect. On time, great service, snack & water provided, good driver & comfy chairs that reclined well. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the aircon which made it a freezing cold ride and that there wasn’t a bathroom on board as advertised. Other than that great trip!

Much better than expected. Great service, very comfortable reclining seats, with screens to watch movies, they gave us a drink and a cola and the staff is very friendly. Totally recommended!

We traveled from Yangon to Dawei by bus (deluxe) and it went better than expected. The driver seemed very experienced and we arrived only 30 mins later than scheduled for a 600km ride. The staff was friendly and the stops for toilet-breaks (there's NONE on the bus) came regularly every 2-3 hours. We received a bottle of water, a coffee and a small snack before we departed. I recommend not to drink too much because some roads are quite bumpy and you might get sick. Multimedia didn't work on our journey. No music was played luckily. It was quite cold due to high A/C but they offer blankets. Bring an inflatable pillow and relax in the huge seats. You will hardly find any sleep but it's an experience and costs only 20€. We wanted to take the train which was supposed to take 24h but it wasn't on service and we didn't regret to reduce the traveling time by 50%.

Nice and plseant journey. They served drink and sneak and even toiletries thing for us.

It was supposed to be 10 hours but it was more than 12 hours. And the air conditioning was extremely cold.

Comfortable bus, however no toilet on the bus. Stopped twice for toilet, some of them quite disgusting... Of course not the driver's fault...

AC is very strong. Too cold in the bus.

No one, including 12Go, informed us that a photo copy of our passport stamp page was required. We were 1.5 hours early, and still were nearly removed from our seats at the last minute. One of the employees took our passports to get photocopied at the very last possible minute. The seats were comfortable though.

The ride was very pleasant! Arrival was on time! Erwas more clarification about breaks / procedure in English would have been helpful.

Good bus,, good staff , clean but no toilet in the bus.

We travelled with tree small children and it went really well. There was a small tv in front of each seat so the Kids enjoyd playing a game on it untill they fell asleep and slept till the second stop wich was at 5am. Heli and Petri, Finland

The trip takes 11 hours. The time of arrival on the 12go Asia ticket (5.30am) is hardly realistic. There will be two stops for food (dinner and morning meal). The stretch from Hpa An to Myawaddy is very bumpy. From then on (about 3.00 am) sleep is hardly to think of. The seats are very comfortable and even single seats are offered.

Simple, fast procedure. Good organization by the service provider.

I had no choice but to book an overnight bus because the sleeper train is full. The bus is clean and the steward is very attentive, with snacks and drinks for everyone. Good experience.

From Myawady to Hpa An, it toke about six hours on an unpaved, dusty road. Then, the road was better. We reached Rangun in 11 hours at 9 pm.

On time, baggage tagged. Small bottle of water. Correct meal stop (5-hour trip).

Company at the top! Service on board and staff . To be recommended

good in overall. the only issue was an air-condition, it was quite cold and blowing too hard near the window .

Very comfortable coach and safe driving

Bus was on time, staff were friendly and it was a comfortable journey. On board there were blankets on each seat, a bottle of water, a snack and a TV and headset to watch movies or listen to music. Air conditioning worked well and wasn't too cold but this may be as we were travelling during the day. We had one rest stop of 30 mins when we were given a toothbrush and toothpaste and a wet towel. Driving was a bit careless, braking at the last minute and lots of being thrown around the bus, especially when there are no seatbelts on board. Overall a good experience and a comfortable journey but just 1 toilet stop over 7 hours was not enough. There should be at least 2 stops.

Got picked up at hotel by bus company staff to terminal. Comfy seats, hot coffee before departure..snacks and extra drinks were distributed. Stopped for a meal and continue journey. Over all pleasant ride from 9pm to 6am.

Bus was in great condition, very comfortable. My only suggestions would be to have wifi on the bus and help foreigners get off at the right stop by letting them know which is their’s - sometimes it can be difficult to hear the driver shouting which stop it is and with no signage/speaking another language it is tricky.

On time and no worries. Only the hygiene of the bus was not perfect.

I bought an express ticket from Bagan to Aung Mingular but instead this bus makes multiple stops along the way to pickup random people by the roadside. I think this wasted time and we were not informed about it. The music is turned on super loud and it was only lowered after we complained. On a 9 hour bus ride, you tend to want to get some sleep but this was impossible due to the loud music. The bus conductor also did not tell us how long a stop would be, so we had to constantly check so that we can manage time and not get left behind. I know its an economy ticket but the cleanliness on the bus really does need to be improved.

Not a sleeping bus as advertised. Just a recliner seat. So disappointed.

I was happy to have a single seat, but it was not equipped with WIFI or electrical outlets that accompany VIP as written on the internet. The fact that it was a late night bus and we were woken up at every rest stop (12:00 and 4:00) and made to all wait in the outside rest area was another tiring factor. There were no toilets, and the purpose of the bus is to rest the engine by turning off all the lights (otherwise the engine will explode), but this quality for about 2,000 Japanese yen makes me think.... Maybe it is because I compare it with the neighboring country, Thailand. Myanmar is also a country that is developing, so I hope for future improvements.

It was, surprisingly, the most comfy bus I have ever been!

We were running late due to traffic And the bus waited for us. So nice and the blankets were very comfortable. Highly recommend

The trip was enjoyable but the AC leaked a lot, all our bags left the seat compartment were wet.

A lot of stops in the middle of the night and I, and 2 other random passengers, were very nauseous with the windy roads on the way back down. So: - If you get carsick I do not recommend taking this bus BACK to Yangon. Going up was fine however. - All staff was super friendly and helpful in giving English instructions to us. Took care of me when I was sick too. - Food is simply a sweet jam bun, super sweet french toast, an orange soft drink and plenty of water. - Entertainment is limited to about 20 movies. Overall a good trip for my boyfriend and I, minus the carsickness.

Nothing to complain about. Comfortable bus; departure and arrival on time; very attentive bus manager as I was the only European tourist. Also, very much appreciated to find a bar with coffee at 6am in the Elite Express waiting room.

One of the most luxurious busses i have ever slept in. Vert spacious, snacks, coffee, refreshing towels provided.
