Chaokoh Travel Center runs high-speed boat services to Koh Phi Phi from Phuket, Krabi, and Koh Lanta. Boats can accommodate anywhere from 250-550 passengers.
They also offer boat transfers to the pier from your hotel and you can also book hotel accommodation in Koh Phi Phi. Chaokho Travel Center are also part of a wider service that offers bus and train tickets to a variety of destinations around Thailand.

Chaokoh Travel Center runs high speed ferry services from Phuket to Koh Phi Phi, from Krabi to Koh Phi Phi, and from Koh Lanta to Koh Phi Phi.
Phuket–Koh Phi Phi
Tickets acost THB600 one wayand boats leave at 11 am and 3 pm. The journey takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes and does not include hotel or airport pick up. In opposite direction, there are also two departure a day: at 9am and 2pm, both docking at Rassada pier on Phuket.
Krabi–Koh Phi Phi
Tickets on this service are between THB450 and THB600. Boats leave Krabi at 10.30am and 3pm. The journey takes 1 hour and 30 minutes and does not include transfers or pick up services. From Koh Phi Phi to Krabi boats leave at 9am, 1.30pm and 3.30pm.
Koh Lanta– Koh Phi Phi
There are two daily boats from Koh Lanta to Koh Phi Phi – at 8am and 1pm heading back from Koh Phi Phi to Koh Lanta at 11.30am and 3pm. Tickets are THB450–THB600. The journey takes 1 hour and does not include transfers or pick up.
Pros
This is one of the fastest and easiest ways to get to Koh Phi Phi.
All boats have air-conditioning.

Cons
Boats do not run during storms or heavy rain.
Some boats are delayed in line with the tides.
There have been some reports of the air-conditioning not working on some boats.
Due to the high passenger to seat ratio the boats can feel a little cramped.
Keep in mind
It is imperative to print a paper copy of your ticket as copies of the PDF on a phone may not be accepted.
If possible leave time if you are travelling on to another destination as the boats can sometimes be delayed which means you may miss your connecting transport.

The overwhelming majority of travellers report easy and smooth journey with Chaokoh Travel Center with the major issue being luggage piled all together what makes it difficult to hunt for your own bag at the end of the journey.
Though occasional delays are sometimes reported, note that they can be due to the tide and not the fault of the company. Also, cancellations can happen due to stormy weather – be ready and have plan B in case it happens. Never ever plan short flight connections – you won’t be reimbursed the lost air-ticket.
