Project Manager Assistant (remote)

We need:

— Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written: Upper Intermediate+;
— Good Knowledge of SQL;
— At least 1+ years experience in software project management;
— Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational and analytic skills;
— Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, experience in remote work;
— Result oriented person with strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Your responsibilities:

— Assistance in project administration on all levels;
— Closely cooperate with IT team;
— Assign and control tasks on developers, QA engineers, designers, copywriters;
— Maintain communications with customers and partners;
— Users support (2nd and 3rd line);
— Monitor and resolve customer inquiries;
— Maintain and optimize site pages (add/change site content).
