Country Manager of India
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience, ideally doing business development or a similar function in the travel and tourism space
- Highly self-motivated and able to operate with minimal oversight
- E-Commerce experience is not required but would be highly valued
- Proficient in English
- If you are not native born or permanent resident you should be able to manage any visa/residency issues independently
- 2+ years working experience in the region and a strong professional network
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with transportation providers and other important stakeholders
- Direct selection, contract negotiation and onboarding of transport operators and additional inventory providers
- Manage the booking process and any customer support issues that may arise with the goal of streamlining operations
- Market analysis and evaluation of the unique opportunities available in the region
