Country Manager of India

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience, ideally doing business development or a similar function in the travel and tourism space
  • Highly self-motivated and able to operate with minimal oversight
  • E-Commerce experience is not required but would be highly valued
  • Proficient in English
  • If you are not native born or permanent resident you should be able to manage any visa/residency issues independently
  • 2+ years working experience in the region and a strong professional network

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with transportation providers and other important stakeholders
  • Direct selection, contract negotiation and onboarding of transport operators and additional inventory providers
  • Manage the booking process and any customer support issues that may arise with the goal of streamlining operations
  • Market analysis and evaluation of the unique opportunities available in the region
