I had a really good experience with New Road Travels. I travelled from Kathmandu to Pokhara and honestly, the journey was much more comfortable than I expected. I was worried that the road conditions might make the ride bumpy and uncomfortable, but the bus was quite smooth and I barely felt the bumps. Overall, the journey was comfortable and the service was good. I would definitely recommend New Road Travels if you’re travelling from Kathmandu to Pokhara.

The staff’s service was truly excellent. However, I noticed that the online bus images and the actual buses were quite different. It would be much better if the company showed the real condition of every vehicle honestly, respecting the consumer’s right to choose. As a foreigner who loves Nepal, I believe that small, honest actions like this can gradually raise the overall awareness of the Nepalese people. Transparency not only builds trust with customers but also contributes to a stronger image of Nepal as a welcoming destination.
