Wir kamen ein wenig nach der erwarteten Zeit, aber der Bus war pünktlich bei der Abfahrt. Außerdem hält der Fahrer mehrmals an, so dass man sich keine Sorgen machen muss, etwas zu essen/trinken zu kaufen oder auf die Toilette zu gehen. Vielleicht sind die Sitze ziemlich klein, auch für eine dünne Person, aber alles wird getan, um eine sichere und gute Reise zu haben.

The bus stops each 2 or 1,30 minutes. The back seat doesn't recline much. The one i took was full, I could not sleep. The worst is the curtains closed. If you have claustrophobic, don't choose it. I guees the could at least keep open the front courtain. But for the price it was a good option. The advantage of thisnine is departing from the ocat station

Excellent ride from Osaka to Tokyo. This was my first time taking a long distance bus in Japan and the experience was top tier! The bus was VERY clean, comfy...blanket was provided, USB charger and the seats reclined. The trip was 9 hours and that included one 15 min bathroom break 2 hours into the ride. Two 30 min breaks every 2 hours after that so a total of 3 stops totally 1hr and 15 minutes which made the trip a lot more comfortable. The driver was very friendly and gave clear instructions on when we would stop and how much time we had at each stop. I will also mention that the bus left right on time, like on the dot.

The driver and partner were quite professional and also friendly and helpful. They spoke gently on the mic at every stop and looked out for the passenger’s safety when they alighted along the way. They kept the bus dark and sleeping was like in my own house.

Good Bus Service! The bus arrived early and arrived on time. The bus driver made frequent stops along the way for passengers that needed a bathroom break or wanted to buy a quick snack. Easy ride. No problems. Overall good experience!!

Person in front of us leaned his chair so far back my legs were crushed. We complained to the driver to tell him to move. People kept coughing. Chairs too close together. I was glad there was an english translation for the bus
